Nice flat in a great location. Exactly as pictures and much more "homely" feel than most apartments on Airbnb/flatio. Landlord Radomila is extremely pleasant to deal with. We've enjoyed our +2 months stay a lot. Big thanks Radomila for helping us find a temporary place while our flat was being renovated! :)

Daniela and Petr are great landlords and people. If I ever had any issues they were there to help. They are friendly, polite and professional. The Flate itself is perfect in my opinion, It has more than enough storage, it is well kept and modren. Public transport, i.e. buses and trams, are all within a very short walking distance, and it is only a 16min jorney by tram to town center. If you have a car, parking is also very easily found nearby, if not directly outside the flats building. I would 100% recommend renting with them, and if I am in Brno ever again, I hope to stay with them once again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely home for 4 months. The outdoor terrace is wonderful for outdoor time and the ferry is a 5 minute walk away for trips to Lisbon. (It only takes 25 minutes and lands in Belem.) The owners were always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. There is a small grocery at the corner that has the friendliest owners and there are larger grocers at the town square, a block away. Sabores ao Quadrado restaurant at the corner has delicious, fresh grilled seafood and a daily menu for €8.50 that includes a 1/2 carafe of red or white wine. Antiga Casa Marítima restaurant on the small boardwalk has a view across the river of Lisbon and the best arroz de tomate and fried tamboril. Costa da Caparica is less than 10 minutes away by bus or Uber and has the most amazing beaches. All in all, a great stay and we recommend for anyone that wants easy access to Lisbon without being in the middle of the city. It's a delightful retreat.

The staff at Feeling Inn are small but mighty. They are responsive and helpful and knowledgeable about Lisbon. As a woman alone in a foreign country for a longer period of time, they were an important resource. Special shoutout to David for always handling my anxiety well. The apartment was in a really fabulous location close to all of the action, so not always the quietest space, but it felt like a little oasis in the center of it all. Don't be afraid to ask questions - they will answer. I also had to learn a lot about differences in pacing – I come from NYC where everything (theoretically) moves at the speed of light. In Lisbon, it's not the same way but it will get done. Each time I expressed a need, it was met. You are in good hands!

Great flat! Spacious, clean and bright. In a really quiet street and close to the river, park and the centre. The flat was comfortable, well decorated and recently refurbished. And the landlord was very attentive and quick to respond to any issues. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay again!

This apartment is wonderful and the location in the midst of the old town just perfect. Communication with Miguel was easy, friendly and supportive. The only thing to be aware of is that there is currently a construction site across the street, so during the day it‘s sometimes noisy. On Sundays, public holidays and during their break times it was bliss. :-)

Perfect for short stay

The flat is absolutely gorgeous, and I felt very good there. It is a bit loud (the street) so that I needed earplugs even with a closed window, but I got accustomed to it and was really sad to leave at the end of my 6-week stay. Also the contact persons were really kind and accommodating

The apartment is a great place for staying an extended amount of time in Lisbon e.g. to do remote work. The location is great and close all central areas while offering a quiet environment with shops and restaurants for daily accomodation close by. The owner is very forthcoming and supportive to ensure a great stay in Lisbon. Highly recommend the flat!

Perfect apartment for long stay and working remotely.

It was a pleasant stay, the apartment is very clean, with all the needed devices and utilities, check in and out was very smooth.

The best part about this apartment is its amazing location. It is in the middle of the beautiful old town and close to everything. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, bakeries, markets, and the ocean. We especially appreciate the fast and friendly help and response from Ana and Luisa, who made us feel that we were not left alone whenever we needed something. We also enjoyed the brightness of the bedrooms, which have a huge window front and a great balcony. Thanks to the thick curtains it is easy to keep the sunlight out. The apartment was clean and has modern furniture and nice decorations. There were a couple of things that were not very suitable for us: The internet was slow in certian areas in the house. For-example it was not 100% reliable when using it in the bedrooms it was only fast when move closer to the main door or sitting on the stairs. The common area where the kitchen at was a bit dark since there is no sunlight coming in. The bedrooms are directly over the restaurant, so it gets a bit noisy when it opens up at 6 or 7 in the morning. Despite all this we really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. LANDLORD'S REPLY: Thank you very much for your review, this is much appreciated and I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. I can confirm the internet has now been fixed and the apartment has its own dedicated router, resulting in a fast and reliable connection. Indeed, the apartment is in a very central location so some noise can be experienced in the morning, hopefully this wasn't too disruptive. Many thanks for staying with us
