Everything was great - the flat is brand new and very well equipped. We lived there for 1.5 months and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the landlord was not able to provide us with a second set of keys during this time. I would stay here again happily :)

We enjoyed our stay a lot, Gabriela is a very kind and always helpful. The flat and the house are in excellent condition, everything is new and tidy. It's location is really great the city square or Vencelsplace is easily reachable by food in 10 minutes, the flat is located near the tram for longer travels.
We are very satisfied with our experience and would recommend it to everyone else how's looking for some nice and relaxing days in Prague!

Příjemné bydlení v klidné lokalitě s dostupností do centra městskou hromadnou dopravou. Plně vybavený, čistý, prostorný a útulný byt. Paní Pavla B. je velmi milá a ochotná a komunikace s ní tak byla naprosto bezproblémová. Určitě mohu jen doporučit pronájem tohoto bytu.

Everything was great. The staff is very nice and polite. The apartment is clean, everything is working there. Bathroom is big. There is everything what I need for long term stay. Location is also great. Just less than 5 minutes walking from the main bus station. I can recommend and I would definitely stay here again in future.

Great place, great host. I couldn't say more about my time spent in this apartment. André makes you feel at home at soon as you enter the place. Well equiped, close to shops and restaurants, and to the boat station of Cacilhas. The best part ? the terrace :) If you want to enjoy a nice coffee under the sun. I definitly recommand this place ! And will try to come back !

Apartment from Mrs.Hoa is simple and perfect for both short stay and long stay.
I stayed there by myself and felt completely safe and not disturbed by traffic even though you are living in city centre.
Flat is surrounded by all good takeaway places starting from Asian to Indian, Lebanese or Czech cuisine.
Recommend for single travellers.

The apartment is very lovely furnished. It is equipped with everything you need. Located at the upper north part direct at the river. You have a tram station right at the entrance of the building and a metro station in some walking minutes. We have enjoyed our stay very much, it was a great time in Budapest. Nóra's is very nice and gave us many tips for the city. Many thanks again at this point.

Everything was simply great. The flat has everything I needed for the middle term stay and also I had a good welcome pack for the first days, thanks again for it!
The host provided me with the all important information about the area and local spots nearby. The flat was just in the walking distance to the main city center and very close to the amazing park with the beer garden and good sport facilities.
Highly recommend this apartment and specially the host as they are always ready to help and have a great support during the stay.

Would be glad to come again to Prague in one of your apartments guys!

I loved the layout of the flat. Large bedroom with lots of storage and a washer. separate bathroom and toilet, and kitchen/living space with a balcony. I loved living in Vršovice!
Mirka was easy to work with and responded quickly to my messages.
