It was perfect! A wonderful house with everything you need for comfortable living, relaxing, and cooking. A very cozy atmosphere, thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. Private parking. The house and surrounding area are a delight in themselves: beautiful nature, stunning sunsets, peace and quiet, and a feeling of total relaxation. A huge thank you to the hosts - incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks for this wonderful time!

Vivimos 6 meses en este apartamento y todo fue muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está a una calle del tranvía y del supermercado, además de encontrarse a 20 minutos a pie del centro histórico. El apartamento tiene muy buen tamaño y está muy bien equipado. No echamos nada en falta. Pura, nuestra anfitriona, fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Lo recomendamos mucho y, sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí en una próxima estancia en Valencia.

I stayed for two months and really enjoyed the flat’s great location near the old town. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. Daniel is a very friendly and responsive host, and the check‑in/check‑out process was uncomplicated. Although the flat didn’t have the washing machine listed, Daniel immediately arranged access to one close by. Noise from the building is noticeable, but overall it was a very pleasant and convenient stay.

Sanja was a great host. Always helpful and kind. Flat is located nearby big market and a beautiful park. Flat is equiped in everything you might need for longer stay. Internet connection was fine. Highly recommend ❤️

Great apartment. It has all the essentials, good natural light, air flow, easy to move around by bus or taxi. Local grocery stores nearby, right across the beach which is nice! Grazie :)

Helena and Júlio are amazing hosts who treated both me and my cat and dog like family and providing for any type of assistance or personal request i had. Amazing experience as the house is also in a very good location. close to the café and grocery shop and the village's beach.

Fantastic place - we spent 6 months in this apartment and absolutely loved it. If we ever come back to to Lisbon for a longer period, I do hope we will be able to stay there again. You have all the amenities inside, the building is new, so in the winter it stays comfortable, and the owners are lovely. It is actually a small family building, with only three apartments - for the owners and their three boys, downstairs for their parents + the rental, so it feels really intimate. The location is great for longer stay - far from tourist crowds, and with absolutely magnificent views.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The communication with the owner was perfect - very helpful and quick to respond. The accommodation itself is very cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Very nice, cozy apartment, great team that helped a lot. But this apartment is not ideal for the winter, some of the windows have only one glass and you can't really turn on all heaters to the max because the electricity just shuts off.

Very nice appartment in the city center. The location is very convenient, a lot of things can be done by foot. The appartment is small but has everything needed. The few times I had issues with the appartment, Jan answered very quickly and solved the problems as fast as possible.

The apartment was absolutely excellent and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect – close to everything you need, yet quiet and comfortable for relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, it was resolved quickly and professionally. We truly felt supported and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place – both the apartment itself and the location are fantastic, and the host makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Très belle petite maison, très bien située dans un quartier tout proche de la citadelle et au calme. Un joli petit jardin agrémente le tout. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute.

Skvělý apartmán pro dva. Zařízení i pro dlouhodobější užívání. Součástí apartmánu je i malá teráska se zahradou. Kuchyň je plně vybavena. Majitel myslel na vše. Je tu nejen vhodné nádobí, sporák s pečící troubou, lednice s mrazákem, ale i tyčkový mixér a kvalitní kávovar. V koupelně je i pračka. Apartmán je umístěn na okraji Liptovského Mikuláše v menším bytovém domě s výhledem na masiv Nízkých Tater s vlastním parkovacím místem. Jestliže nevlastníte automobil, veřejná doprava je v dosahu. V blízkosti vede železniční trať. Místo je klidné, někomu však mohou vadit zvuky projíždějících vlaků,. Pro ty majitel nachystal na noční stolek kvalitní vycpávky do uší pro nerušený spánek. Místo je atraktivní nejen pro milovníky horské letní a zimní turistiky, ale i pro blízkost nejrůznějších minerálních pramenů a lázeňských zařízení. Navštívili jsme Kaďu v Liptovském Jánu a lázně Lúčky. Kaďa je přírodní tůňka s celoročním užíváním, termální vodu probublává sirný plyn který prohřívá klouby . V Lúčce je v celoročním provozu 24 hodin denně termální koupaliště, jsou tu také lázeňské a wellness služby Liptovský Mikuláš jsme navštívili v zimě se záměrem lyžování. V dosahu je Ski Jasná, asi 8 km, nejznámější lyžařské středisko na Slovensku v pohoří Nízkých Tater s jejich nejvyšším vrcholem Chopkem. V blízkosti a dokonce přímo v Mikuláši nedaleko bydlení je i menší sjezdovka, kterou jsme také navštívili a strávili tu příjemné odpoledne. Směrem k Vysokým Tatrám jsme navštívili ski Ždiar Dolinky, vhodné zejména pro rodiny i s menšími dětmi, Zde doporučujeme navštívit restauraci Bodliak, byl to gurmánský zážitek. Asi 50 kilometrů za Mikulášem směrem za Dolným Kubínem jsme si dobře zalyžovali na Kunínské holi, vhodné i pro náročnější lyžaře. Podobných středisek je v dosahu Mikuláše více. Vše jsme probádat nestihli. Dá se zajet i do Vysokých Tater, třeba na Štrbské Pleso. V blízkosti Mikuláše je i velké jezero Liptovská Mara, vhodné pro letní rekreaci. Směrem na Jasnou se nachází Demenovská ledová jeskyně. Možností je zkrátka hodně a rádi se sem vrátíme i v jiném ročním období. Cena apartmánu je také velmi příznivá. Vřele doporučujeme.
