Mr Chmelicek was extremely helpful. Flat was super clean and specious. Location nearly in center of town.
We stayed 2 months. Our stay was pleasant and location quite.
This large rooms 3+1 unit was more than reasonably priced.

Bydleli jsme u paní Šárky 3 měsíce a musíme byteček moc pochválit! Příjemné, pohodlné bydlení, krásné umístnění blízko les i MHD, bylo zde vše, co jsme na přechodnou dobu potřebovali.

Hey. I lived in an apartment for 2 months. The apartment is excellent, has everything you need to stay. Everything is in excellent condition. Quiet area. To the center 10 minutes by public transport. Vehicles operate regularly both day and night. Grocery stores near the house. Cafes and bars are also nearby. Near the house is a park. Neighbors do not bother. The hostess is very good, everything you need provides. Highly recommend. I was very pleased.

Good location, nice neighborhood, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Daniél is nice and helpful.
But, the apartment is old, needs to have some facilities renewal. It was hot in the apartment during the high temperature in Prague.

Roman je majitelem krasneho apartmanu v jedne z nejlepsich lokalit v Praze. Hovori cesky, anglicky, francozsky. Apartman je ve perfektnim stavu a kompletne vybaven modernim zarizenim. Roman je kdykoli pripraven pomoct s jakymkoli problemem. Highly recommend......

Stana is a very thoughful person. The only minor issue that happen during my stay was promptly solved. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated and also is amazingly located in a cool neighbourhood of Prague, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, music venues and also with trams and metro to go to all city nearby.

Majitelia boli veľmi príjemný, akonáhle bol dáky problém hneď ho vyriešili. Bol som veľmi spokojný.
The owners were very nice, they sorted any problems very promptly. I was very pleased with this flat

The flat it self was nice and clean, it was very close to a subway station so getting anywhere in Prague wasn't a problem.

Beautiful accomodation, in very good state, with many fittings. Welcoming and nice staff however 3 remarks:

- careful, hair of the previous tenant in the sofa

- A broom with a bigger stick and a mop would be good

- a system of ventilation during the summer would be good too.

The apartment was fantastic, very modern and had everything needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay! The location is about 35 minutes from the metro and another 15-20 minutes after that to the city centre, but we both worked full time in the city and it wasn’t an issue! Pavel was a great landlord and was always willing to help solve any issues.

The flat is really nice and located a short walk from the old town, but just outside the tourist area so a bit quieter. It's really conveniently located and has pretty much everything you'd need.

Attila was a great landlord; the flat, being newly refurbished, there were a couple of minor teething problems, but Attila was always on hand should anything crop up. All in all I had a great stay hassle-free stay.
