Everything was very good, dealing with Alice was very simple and easy, apartment was very nice and clean, the only thing that we didn't like was the smell of marijuana almost every day in the hall of the building and the loud noises from the bar that is based just under the apartment but it has nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

Výborná lokalita, metro jen přes silnici, do centra se dostanete do 10min(2zastavky metro/tramvaj), v okolí spoustu hezkých kaváren, restaurací, fitness centrum s wellness, hned za barákem pobřeží, kde si lze udělat vycházku kolem řeky do centra nebo až na Pražský hrad.

Lucie je velmi vstřícná a ve všem, co jsme potřebovali, nám vyšla vstříc. Byt je navíc na skvělém místě a velmi útulný, celkově tedy hodnotíme na jedničku! :)

Very convenient and well located flat, was a bit dusty and I had to clean up myself, also had a rather problematic wifi (ok if you just want to check mails, problematic if you want to work), but Evgeny is very approachable and helpful, so I would encourage anyone to rent a flat with him. Tereza is a great landlord, super helpful if/when needed. I stayed at her place 2 times, around 3 months in total and I must say it was great. The location is amazing, and so is the flat.

A very nice flat. Fully equipped. Just move in. The flat is very warm, which is important if one aims for winter. Very nice location. Harald is a nice guy. Highly recommend it.

Decent home, location was really nice, walking distance from all the important locations. The apartment had some flaws, it was very humid and the bed was a bit unstable. However, Michal did everything he could in order to help us, which was much appreciated and improved our experience of the stay. Overall it was a good accommodation, especially for short term. And we loved the Mickey Mouse toaster;)
