I had an excellent stay in this accommodation. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and well set up. The space is perfectly sufficient for one person, with all the necessary comfort. I highly recommend it!

Gracinda is a very kind person. She helped me a lot with the contract when I was still applying for my visa in my home country. A spacious apartment with rooms of various sizes, located on different sides (both sunny and shaded), offering a diverse selection. Most of the apartment is well-ventilated, preventing moisture buildup. It can sometimes be noisy due to its proximity to the central square, but at the same time, you can enjoy watching interesting local traditions and celebrations from the windows. Just two minutes away is the central bus station, where you can catch a direct bus to Lisbon or take a ferry to reach the heart of Lisbon. Good supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment is located on the top floor, offering good panoramic views of the sunsets.

The accomodations were adequate there were some issues with heating. The owner was responsive but not physically available.

This apartment is well located, close to everything you need and close to the center. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and the host was very quick to respond and always available for any questions.. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience for out time there. Any issues that we identified we told the owners and it was fixed quick smart. We would stay there again in the future.

We stayed for almost two weeks as a family of three and had an amazing time. The apartment is well equipped, from dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils, we had everything we needed and more. It is very new and modern. The building itself is also new and you can use the pool area as well as the gym. We also enjoyed the little park in front of the building with great views over Las Palmas and the ocean. The location is close to the beach, perfect for long walks or watching the surfers. If you go with a child, try to catch low tide in front of the Auditorium, as the low tide forms little pools on the beach that are perfect for children. Las Arenas shopping centre is just a couple of minutes away and has a huge supermarket as well as hundreds of shops. Juan was a great host, very professional, kind proactive and always helpful. This is an amazing apartment and we would definitely recommend staying there and would not hesitate to visit again.

My stay in Alicante was really pleasant. The apartment was clean had everything I needed. The communication with the host was swift and easy.

What an amazing couple Nélio and Isabel are. They were keen to help us when we asked, and are super friendly. The flat is in a good location for those who like urban living and down town Funchal. It has all the things you need for a stay is well equipped, and is set next to the local primary school and sports ground of the secondary school. The view to the ocean does not disappoint, with the cruise ships looking spectacular as they leave the port of Funchal.

The flat is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Katarina is kind and helpful.

Klea was very friendly and ready to help if needed. The apartment was also nice. At the current state, i think it is more suited for tourists on holiday, than for digital nomads, because the apartment lacked of a proper working desk. Klea however reassured me, that they will fix this in the future.

A lakás mindenben megfelelt a leírtaknak! Szépen felújított és rendben tartott,teljesen élhető 1-2 fő részére. Lokációját tekintve is ideális,remek a közlekedés Pest bármely irányába. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész volt,minden kérdésünkre szinte azonnal reagált,közvetlen,barátságos ember!
