This apartment was simply perfect! It has everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The space is very quiet, with no disturbing noises, making it ideal for relaxation or work. The host was amazing—always quick to respond, very helpful, and flexible. Communication was effortless, and any requests were handled promptly.

Everything went well, Marina was really helpful and apartment was cozy and decorated with nice style. Location is really good to walk to center, and other places in Zagreb. I really enjoyed my stay in apartment when was in Zagreb.

Pros: -The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas to Budapest. You can find whatever you need at a short walking distance. Shops, grocery stores, a great and cheap gym. -The apartment is large and very comfortable. The bed and the sofa are comfy. -It is very well equipped and everything works perfectly. Temperature can be precisely set using a remote control, which is great. -There is a lot of storage space. -No issues with noise whatsoever. Cons: -The apartment does not get much sunlight at all because windows face a patio and are tempered glass. Tempered glass is great for privacy, but blocks the little sunlight there is from entering. -It would be better if the window on the bedroom had a cover. Granted that it's very small and doesn't let A LOT of light in, but it still lets in a considerable amount, especially when people are entering the building and lights are turned on. -Owner is abroad, so the majority of issues are handled by his manager. Manager could be more responsive and eager to solve the renters problems. I felt he was avoidant and wanted to have the least amount of work possible on his hands. -Owner and manager do not know the doorbell code of the apartment, which you need in case you're receiving deliveries. We talked several times about it and I was told the manager would get back to me on it. He never did. -The listing says there is an iron and an ironing board in the apartment. There isn't. I told the manager of this issue and he just told me that "it must be there", no initiative to verify that (I checked every place where it could have been stored and didn't find it) or offer to provide it. I didn't insist much because I was put off by that. Since I needed an iron for my next apartment, which didn't have one, I bought one myself. -When I arrived at the time that was specified days in advance, manager told me the cleaning person had not gone there yet and sent her there at the moment I arrived. I believe the apartment had been empty for days, so he probably just forgot to send her there. Not nice to have to wait 4 hours for the apartment to be cleaned when you have just arrived from an intercontinental trip. On the plus side, it's nice that they have the apartments cleaned professionally before new guests arrive and it was cleaned well. Not all landlords do that. Overall, I would still recommend the apartment. Manager could have been better, but I still believe that if there were any serious issues (there were none), he would have fixed them promptly. Moving forward, things can be done differently. The main issue with the apartment for me would be the lack of sunlight. It does feel a bit claustrophobic in there because of it, although other people may disagree with me given the large size of the apartment and the high ceilings.

Vera is a very kind, thoughtful, loving person. The house is nicely decorated, it is a calm place, very well located, just 2 minutes from praia da Rocha avenue. 100% recommend :)

I highly reccomend this apartament. It is in the perfect location right in the city center. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only downside is the noise. It is right above a tram stop and you can hear everything. Also the upstairs neiboughrs were really loud at night... That is the only reason why I gave this 9/10 instead of 10/10. Thank you!

We loved it! The flat has a lot of light from the windows, beach is 5min walk and each evening sunset watching on the cliffs were just beautiful! the only thing we really hoped to have is a vacuum cleaner as we have kids and everyday sandy toes even in winter . but overall everything was good and we enjoyed our stay :)

The landlady is a great host, and when there was a problem she always helped. The apartment is great for the price and the public transportation to go anywhere in the city is very close by. Overall great!

Flat is nice

Very nice and cozy small house with everything needed to stay confortable in it. The host is a great person and the communication was always perfect, always making sure everything is good and one is feeling confortable. The area has everything you need and it's a very calm and familiar neighborhood, great restaurants nearby and the connections to the city center by bus are easy and direct. I definitely recommend this house and host to anyone looking for a great experience in Lisbon.

Well-equipped and clean flat with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and lovely decor. The flat is located in a hotel with very nice and helpful staff who speak English in addition to Czech.

Good place to stay, close to some supermarkets and other basic services. 20 minutes walk to the center of the city and to the beach. The kitchen is small and it has just basic equipment so if you plan to cook more elaborate meals, you'll have to manage, for simple meals it is ok. If you plan to stay longer, consider a lot of people come to stay for a couple of days and leave, so there's days where it is pretty busy and some others it's not. The overall communication with host is okay.

The apartment is nice, clean and warm. I really like that the fares are all included in the price. Location is awesome, the very center of the city.

She made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. the place itself is located in a quiet residential area near supermarkets and is very accessible to downtown Lisbon. The apartment is very comfortable, bright, and well-insulated. I think my favorite thing is the quiet of the neighborhood and the amenities of the home

Clara es muy atenta como anfitriona, he podido contar con su ayuda durante toda mi estancia. El piso es perfecto para pasar unos meses en Budapest, buena ubicación, internet perfecto para trabajar, calefacción, tiendas cerca y todas las comodidades que alguien puede necesitar, ademas el piso es muy amplio y cómodo. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse con ella. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver, sin duda contactare de nuevo con ella.

Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei Anfragen schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist schön und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem guten Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and could have easily stayed longer. The apartment is minimal but well-equipped. Cleanliness, location, design, and overall conditions were excellent. Everything worked perfectly as expected. The bed is on the firmer side, but I slept very comfortably. With the windows facing North, there’s no direct sunlight, but the AC worked wonderfully for heating during December and January, keeping the space warm and cozy. I would gladly stay here again. Communication with the host was flawless - couldn’t have asked for better!

Mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum Budapesztu. Można pieszo wszędzie dotrzeć. Mieszkanie jest czyste i nowoczesne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem mieszkanie Panią Eszter. Zdjęcia mieszkania na portalu Flatio są zgodne z rzeczywistością. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu .
