Isabel is nice, kind, and extremely available. The apartment is beautiful and has all the comforts and elements that a person could need, it is in the perfect location and always very bright.

This is a good apartment in the city center with views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. In the neighborhood you will find 2 big supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of space in the apartment and plenty of room to store things (we had 4 suitcases so it was important). The table's good enough for a temporary workspace if you're working remotely.I would say there are only 2 significant minuses: 1. When you take a shower, the whole bathroom stays wet for a very long time. 2. If you are considering staying there during winter period, bare in mind that place is very cold. The only way to keep warm is to use a heater (but don't worry, you can get one there).. In summary, It's a good apartment, with loads of perks. You'll enjoy staying there.

The property has all the conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay. It’s clean, spacious and bright, has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and strong WIFI. The host was responsive and cooperative.

Flat is really nice! Area is amazing. You will LOVE staying there, you should got for it!!!!!! Location is truly amazing (shops, parks, tram stops, museums, yoga studio etc). Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect: he was very reactive, very flexible, making sure everything will be perfect for me, extremely kind. The flat is really nice, rather big, lots of space, a good mattress, a desk if you do home office. quite good furnish for cooking and living for 1 month. You will feel at home! it's a typical Prague building, with a high ceiling, that creates a good sensation of space. the building was rather quiet, and the area is quiet. Something to know (not a problem though): it's on the ground floor (but elevated floor, so people in the street don't see the flat !), so there is no really light in the flat, i went there during winter, grey weather, it's was pretty dark. 2 tips to upgrade the experience and make it more than perfect: it will be better to have another set of towel and bed sheet (quite a challenge to wash everything and have it dry for the night), and a 2nd bed cover even if you are just one person ;) It will be nice to have more thick curtains (at night, the lights of cars is quite strong. There is a few cars passing by, but when you woke up it might be a bit agressive :) As you see, it's only details. I recommend you this flat!

Cozy flat with everything one needs for a longer stay. Located in a lively neighborhood Principe Real. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to many attractions. Caretaker is very responsive. Cleanliness could be improved though.

This was the best flat we've ever lived in Prague. It has absolutely everything you need for the comfortable living and even more. Bed mattress is super-comfortable so we slept very well. The location is perfect for those who don't like the noise of the city centre. The supermarket and the tram station are just opposite the house and you can easily reach the centre in about half an hour. Adam is very responsive and helpful owner. We enjoyed every minute staying here!

With an excellent location, everything you need to be comfortable, and a kind and helpful host like Nuno, I give this listing my highest recommendation. The walk to the ocean is about 5 minutes, where you can also find a large grocery store. You can walk to Funchal city center in 25 minutes, or to Formosa Beach in about the same time in the other direction. Public transit is also easily accessible. As this was not my first time in Funchal I can appreciate just how great my stay here was. I hope to stay in this flat again in the future!

Luis was a great landlord and has a great apartment in Alfama! The property is close to lots of tourist attractions, but is also hidden away on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of life. Would highly recommend staying at his apartment!

I had a wonderful stay at Marika’s apartment in Guardamar del Segura. The apartment was absolutely perfect – clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The entire complex is also fantastic, with beautiful facilities and a well-maintained environment. While the apartment and the surroundings exceeded my expectations, I found the town itself to be a bit quiet. It’s a great place if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, but it may not be ideal for those seeking vibrant nightlife or lots of entertainment options. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Marika, for a truly lovely experience!

"Unforgettable stay in beautiful apartments!" We had a wonderful time in these apartments in December. From the very beginning, everything was organized at the highest level: Mrs. Maria was very friendly, provided detailed check-in instructions and quickly answered all our questions. The accommodation itself was extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, which allowed us to cook home-cooked meals. There are public transport stops nearby. Many thanks to Maria for the hospitality! We recommend these apartments to anyone planning a trip to Prague, and we will be happy to come back again.
