It's a great place in a quiet neighborhood with quite a few small businesses that make for a nice sense of community. The apartment isn't big by any means but has an excellent flow, and because of all the windows, it is very open and inviting. Speaking of open and inviting, the building owners. They're wonderful people and great neighbors.

The landlord was very kind the whole time and the house is super cozy. We loved the time we spent there. The only problem is that the place is a little far from some transport and it is on the third floor, so it is a little tiring to go up.

Beautiful apartment, very central, perfect for exploring the whole city. Lovely hosts who communicate well. One small thing to note for those who are sensitive to noise - you can hear buskers playing constantly in the square below (that's the price you pay for such an amazing location).

Perfect place! Regardless the flat looks out to the south side, the sun is not annoying, you always can close the bedroom with black-out curtains. And, of course, ocean view with cliffs makes every your day staying there happy.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Unfortunately, limited space hasn't allow to amount dish-washing machine.

Many slots to store your belongings and your road suitcases. Fast internet and beautiful balcony to drink wine in the evenings.

The appartments also has the garage space where you can park renting car or bicycle/moto.

Ich hatte die Wohnung in Budapest für zwei Monate und war rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – mit hochwertigen Arbeitsutensilien, die keine Wünsche offenließen. Die ausziehbare Couch ist bequem und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Das Bad ist ausreichend groß und bietet genügend Platz. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Ferenc-Platz ist gleich um die Ecke, und zur Weihnachtszeit gibt es dort einen kleinen, aber schönen Weihnachtsmarkt. Zur Donau sind es nur 7–8 Minuten zu Fuß – ab diesem Punkt kann man perfekt joggen und die schöne Aussicht genießen.

In der Nähe befinden sich einige der besten Uni-Cafés rund um die Semmelweis-Universität. Ein hervorragender Asiate und eine gemütliche Weinbar sind in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, und es gab während des gesamten Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Eine tolle Unterkunft – absolut empfehlenswert!

Byt je nový a dobře vybavený, s úžasným výhledem na centrum Brna. Má také krásnou terasu, která vybízí k posezení. Pan majitel Martin H. je velice přátelský, ochotný a nápomocný. Komunikace s ním byla naprosto bezproblémová. Celkově jsem měl velmi dobrý dojem a vřele doporučuji.

Cosy apartment with historical spirit. Very good location. The owner and, especially, manager - Margarida, are great and totally helpful. The apartment is kind of weary, but everything has its cons and pros. I will remember this stay as a good small part of my life.

I absolutely loved to my stay in this apartment which is very modern and functional. The location is super and is very close to the upper and lower old town, to shopping, cafes, restaurant and to numerous museums. The landlord is always available and serviceminded. Even though the location of the apartment is very central, the surroundings is very quite and the apartment lies near a very nice park.

I loved staying in this cozy, bright, and inspiring space. The yard with the orange trees was a huge bonus. The location is wonderful- close to many hiking trails as well as the center of Lanjaron for shops and cafes. It felt like home and was very hard to leave. Communication was great and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to return!

Stayed In the apartment for two months. The apartment is very cosy, easy access to tram (1 minute walking to the nearest Stop) and Andel. Very nice size, natural light and temperature. Kristina was very easy to contact.

What you see is what you get. The flat looked exactly as advertised. Everything in the apartment worked.

There were some cold nights in Prague, and the apartment remained warmed. However, you can control the heat in the apartment should you wish to make it warmer.

The neighborhood is great. Billa (grocery store) is on the same block. Trams 10/16 going to Flora (A/other trams) or going west are on the same street.

The flat is located in a building behind Korunní. It is very quiet considering it is a ground floor flat.

Alex is also great. Very responsive and helpful.

Positive: The flat is very well located, the check-in is easy and short term stay may be convenient.
Negative: If you expect customer service, look somewhere else. Mails you get, are automated and if you have feedback or request for the administration you talk to a bot. Our flat had several issues and we communicated them in the first days of our monthly stay but never got a feedback.
