Excellent apartment in prime location close to all facilities. Check in and check out super convenient. Internet worked well. Enjoyed my 3 weeks vacation. Dominik is a great owner. If I get a chance, I would rent again there.

Property is really well maintained, very clean and in top condition. In addition, it is equipped with everything you will ever need - from iron, through every possible kitchen appliances and other equipment to an abundant set of cozy duvets and blankets. All fresh and nice. If you'd like to do some work from home there's a suitable desk provided with a chair. Place itself is spacious, sunny and comfortable. I would happily return!

The apartment is managed by a company called An Island Apart and they were very good. The apartment is very comfortable and we spent many hours on the balcony high above the Atlantic Ocean. Being on the sixth floor, you get a lovely cool breeze coming into the apartment even when it is hot down on the street.

Suzanne is a kind and helpful person. Responded to my requests, I am very grateful to her. The apartment is nice, has everything you need, the only thing that smelled of mold, but this, as I understand it, is a common problem in Portugal.

As far as the apartment, I believe it is personal. I was there for almost 4 weeks, joined for 10 days by a friend. It is fortunate that the unit has 3 bedrooms because, as far as we were concerned, the front bedroom was unusable for sleeping. It was a lovely room to hang out in during the day and I would sit on that bed to play on my computer or read a book, but would not have been able to sleep there.

Fortunately, there were two other bedrooms that are dark and quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a restaurant on a street that is lined with restaurants and bars, which are open until 2 a.m. If you are not sensitive to noise and need only 2 bedrooms, I think you will do fine here. Alfama is crowded and noisy and very hilly, but that is anywhere in Alfama, which is a very interesting and historical neighborhood with lots and lots to do, also containing some of the best restaurants in Lisbon. So, if you like to be in the center of the action, within walking distance to the waterfront, and do not mind the fact that the front room would only work for a non-sensitive sleeper, and you are in decent enough shape to climb the streets, the location is excellent. The unit is large, comfortable, and has a semi-private patio out back, which was a nice addition.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was well furnished to a high quality (as you can see from the photos) and in a great location, just 10 minute walk from old town and with Joker mall just around the corner. Mario and his wife Branka were wonderful hosts - clear communication, always available if you needed anything and they even helped with my visa when I was having issues. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, it’s a lovely space, nice and peaceful with everything you need (cooking utensils, washing machine, linen, air conditioning etc) and the owners are great!

Very nice flat. Clean and in a great location. We really loved it. We spent there 3 months and I can hardly imagine a better place for us to stay.

The only problem was the old abandoned house nearby where somebody (I presume homeless people) kept locking up their dogs for the night. Dogs were barking all night long whole 3 months every day. We had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. But this is not a problem of the house owner but rather the municipality. I hope they solved it already.

Very comfy flat in great area in Praha. You will find shops and public transport right near the building but at the same time it’s very quiet and calm there.
Especially it was beautiful to see sunsets from big windows to the old city.
And you will find in appartement all staff and even more for comfort staying!

Incredibly convenient location in a very special neighborhood. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and observe life go by or watch the sunset through the trees. The flat is used as a regularly lived in home so all those small amenities you would never have in a vacation rental are there. It was spacious, comfortable, and the internet was top notch for a remote worker constantly on video calls. I always felt safe in the area and the building. Isa was a very helpful host who was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this flat for long-term stays.

This flat is very clean and absolutely gorgeous! The rooftop terrace has a pool and a fantastic view overlooking Funchal and the sea. Hugo was very kind and helpful, he was quick to respond when we had any question - we will definitely be returning when we get the chance, we REALLY enjoyed our stay!!

The flat is beautiful and well equipped. It was more than what I expected.
