The apartment has a great location and a lovely terrace, making it an enjoyable spot for a short stay. However, there were some downsides during our visit. We noticed a strong smell of smoke in the bathroom quite often , and there were issues with humidity and mold, which could be bothersome. Additionally, some neighbors seemed unhappy about the apartment being rented out.

Regarding the owner, communication was prompt and responsive. However, we were surprised when a moving agency came to move large pieces of furniture on the balcony during our stay, even though we were close to our departure date. This was a bit inconvenient.

Overall, the experience had its positives and negatives.

It's a calm neighborhood within the victimity of the city. With several parks within walking distance for walks or sports. For people who want to be in the city center it's probably a bit far but we enjoyed this fact since we were seeking for calm neighborhood.

There are several great restaurants around. We went often to asian restaurant Aloha or Břevnov monastery which has great beer and food as well.

A nice studio flat with a beautiful roof terrace. Although it's not the biggest flat, I found it very comfortable, with a great view over Prague, a nice shower and a small kitchen that has most things you need. I would have liked to have an oven so I could bake a pizza, for example. Linda was always available if I had questions, which I appreciated. The flat was not very clean when I first moved in but thankfully Linda remedied that quickly.

The flat is in a quiet area close to a tram stop into the center. Supermarket, drogerie and other shops are nearby (few minutes' walk), as well as some cafés and restaurants. The tram takes a bit of a detour to get to the center, passing through Dejvice and Holešovice first. Because of that, I ended up spending more time in those areas than in the centre itself, which was fine by me. There's always an Uber or Bolt available 3 minutes away, so if you wanted to go a little further or get to the centre quicker, that was always an option.

I liked Restaurace Na Marjánce for lunch. They have a nice terrace and friendly staff. You can also get a good coffee at 20m2.
