Everything was clear and straighforward frombthe very beginning. Kristina is a very warm, helpful and supportive host. The apartament is elegant and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Kristina was a very kind host and very informative. She also gifted us with Prosecco when we arrived and helped us coordinate nearby amenities. The time we arrived in Prague it was very hot during their heatwave and she was kind enough to give us a fan. She also was very accommodating and helped us with the elevator when it was malfunctioning. The apartment was also very cute and had everything we needed during our 2.5 month stay. I highly recommend this apartment and host for your journey in Prague! :)

Near manifesto market and a lot of cafes. Perfect location for public transportation.

Kristina was a very nice host. She gave us advice on what ride services to use, brought us a fan when it was hot, and always answered very fast even for none urgent matters. I would recommend renting this cute and cozy appartement!

Non-touristic neighbourhood, so way calmer and intimate. The neighbours were very nice.

The place was lovely - we stayed for just over 4 months and it was well stocked with everything you'd need. Very good location too, easy to get into the center via metro or tram.

People say bad things about Andel and Smíchov as being dodgy areas in Prague, but I'd disagree. I've lived in London all my life and I didn't once feel unsafe or uneasy in the neighborhood. It's very safe and easy to get into the center.

There's a Zabka which acts as a corner shop nearby, but I'd recommend a short 15 minute walk to the Lidl. There's a climbing gym near by, and you can take a 3 minute tram into Andel where they have everything you could need, including a huge shopping center and a huge tesco. There's a market there on Fridays too.

Fantastic appointment

Stayed In the apartment for two months. The apartment is very cosy, easy access to tram (1 minute walking to the nearest Stop) and Andel. Very nice size, natural light and temperature. Kristina was very easy to contact.

Děkujeme paní Kristýně za zpříjemnění našeho pobytu v Praze. Komunikace byla více než skvělá, se vším nám vyšla vstříc. Byt byl čistý a odpovídal přesně tak jak byl prezentován na fotkách. Byt se nachází nedaleko centra v klidné části a spojení tramvají do centra bylo jednoduché a rychlé. Vřele doporučujeme :)

The place is super modern, with all new furniture and a kitchen that had everything I needed. The neighbors were quiet, making it a chill spot. The landlord was polite and friendly. I have stayed in it for a month and strongly recommend this flat)
