This studio is so beautiful, clean, organized, and in a great location!! I love the view of Ruku Pichincha and the sky from the balcony and incredible window. And more than all, Jon is such a kind, attentive landlord. Highly recommend!

Bellavista is a beautiful neighborhood with lovely views of the city and mountains. There are several coffee shops, restaurants, and lots of fruterias around the corner and up the hill from the building. There are taxis nearby, buses accessible, and Uber is always easily on hand. Carolina Park and Quicentro Shopping mall are also within walking distance.
