Kateřina was a great host, who was extremely helpful - going above and beyond - when I made a clumsy mistake.
She was responsive to my messages.
She was also flexible and accommodating with my needs when my dad visited.
The flat is great and I recommend both the place and Kateřina!

The area is quiet at night and nice. There are mostly locals and a mix of families and single people.
There are a few shops/restaurants within a 2 minute walk but there are two bustlings areas near JZP metro or Flora Atrium, that are 5 - 7 minute walk away, where you can get your fill of food, shopping or socializing.
The ratings for services and transportation are 4 out of 5 stars only because of how possible it is in Prague to live where a metro/tram and tons of restaurant/cafes are within 90 seconds of leaving your place.
However by most other city standards in the world this location is top 1% in terms of being able to walk to transportation or food/restaurant/services. Prague sets the bar extremely high.
