It's more of a room than an apartment because it shares a corridor with other apartments. There were holes in the walls, cobwebs on the walls, the wooden bed was covered in dust, the washbasin was clogged, the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. In this room, the hood in the kitchen was not carried out properly because of this, all the smells of cooking were heard in the common corridor. Also, just be prepared that the owner can kick you out any day because his friends came to him, and they need to be settled there.

The landlord is cool and polite, very helpful as well! I stayed there for a year and my experience was very smooth. The flat was amazing as well as the location.

The flat fits the expectations and is as promoted on the fotos. The landlord is really nice and always helps if needed. Overall the stay at the flat is really plesent - so definitely worth it!

Eugenio is a great landlord. He is very responsible for the tenant. He is very communicative and respectful. I had a great time and the location is great. The apartment has everything you need, and exactly as described, you only need to bring your luggage (at least is what happened to me)

Karlin is very open, many immigrants live in this area so is quite busy and very international. Said that you won't have any issues to make your life as people often speak English but they are very welcoming if you are willing to try in Czech.

Beautiful renovated studio in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cool coffeeshops, and local bars. The Old Town and the train station are located within walking distance. The area can be noisy in the morning as there are renovation works going on (until 2020), but if you're an early bird, this shouldn't be an issue :)
The studio has everything I needed for a one-month stay and I truly enjoyed my time spent there. Landlords were very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The apartment was in order and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen and the bathroom are in very good condition, the bed is a matter of taste. The communication with the landlord was flawless and very nice. If there was a problem, it was solved directly by the landlord. The house is quite noisy, which is especially true of a building site directly behind the house and directly in front of the windows of the apartment. The vacuum cleaner is defective, which makes cleaning much more difficult. But this problem may have been solved by now.

The room is clean and nice, but I don't think that it could be called flat or studio, because it is a room with the thin glass door covered with paper. Also there is a construction works under the window wich is starts at 7 am every day, so if you are like me and like to go to sleep at 3-4 am (I am a freelancer and work at night) It will be incredibly hard for you to sleep normally even with the earplugs. Asided of this the room is fine and the neighborhood is great. The room owners are fine and friendly.
