Dita C.

The apartment was absolutely lovely — very clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The terrace was definitely one of the highlights, with a breathtaking view of Prague Castle and Petřín.

Our communication with Dita was fantastic from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, very helpful, and willing to find a solution whenever we needed anything.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Prague!

Vstřícná pronajimatelka, případný problém řeší hned. Znamenité vybavení apartmánu, klimatizace 1 A.
V domě snad nejlepší pekárna s obchodem v Praze. Nákupní středisko za rohem. Tramvaj a metro před domem. Do centra ca. 8 minut.

An excellent, clean, and modern unit in a very convenient location in Prague. It is ideal for one person. Its’ climate control unit is the star on hot summer days! Anděl is a busy transit location with lots of shopping, services and restaurants nearby.

I highly recommend the unit, the management and the location !

Novy smichov for shopping!!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The view of Prague Castle and Petřín from the terrace was breathtaking. Thanks to several radiators, the apartment was great to heat during the colder months. Everything needed for daily life is nearby, including a supermarket, a shopping center, a pharmacy, a metro and several tram stations. The communication with Dita was excellent. She always responded quickly and found solutions to any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the apartment and can highly recommend it!

Great Apartment as advertised!

Szomszédság
Great neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and mall close by.

The apartment location is just perfect. It is far away enough from the noisy center yet a 10-15 min tram or metro ride away from all major attractions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, private with an amazing unobstructed view from the patio overlooking Prague castle and a beautiful church nearby. There is also a large shopping mall with a big Tesco inside where you can buy all needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances along with all sorts of condiments. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is marvelous with a rainforest shower. I genuinely do not have anything negative to say about my stay at Dora’s apartment. I will definitely be looking to stay there again on future trips to the area!

I am very satisfied with my stay; the apartment is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the view from the terrace is great. I have no complaints at all. The owner, Dita, is very friendly and always easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Dita is a wonderful host. It is the second time that I have stayed at her apartment and I would definitely stay there again the future. The apartment has everything that you could need, is in a lovely neighborhood and a nice walk away from Prague centre. Dita is very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the Dim Sum Spot and Beer Time bar.

Dita was very considerate, thoughtful and available for any questions. The apartment has a great location, and was perfect for my month long stay. I look forward to returning, and highly recommend.

Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Friendly.

Beautiful apartment in a great area. Perfect if you are staying in Prague alone or even as a couple. The apartment is a little small but everything is newly renovated with all new appliances, and the space is used well. No AC so it can get very hot in the summer, however the landlord provided a large fan which made things comfortable. Dita was helpful and easy to get in touch with. I look forward to staying here again.

Some people will say the area is sketchy, however I never had any issue and I would regularly walk alone at night and feel safe

Great flat with everything that you might need! Communication with Dita was smooth and she was very helpful. Would come back again!

This is a really convenient location, close to everything you need and in walking distance of all the sites.

I rented an apartment from Dita and it was fantastic! The place was cozy and had everything I needed. But the best part? The terrace had the most amazing view of Prague! Dita was also really helpful and made everything easy. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Prague, I definitely recommend Dita as your landlord!

Dita is very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always available when we needed her.

Novy Smichov has everything you could need. Lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants to pick from.

Merci Dita.

Everything, from beginning to end, was perfect in this apartment, from the apartment itself, the equipment in the apartment and communication with the landlord. The best of all is of course the location of the apartment itself with many restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport within a 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. And of course the apartment is near the river, and the Charles Bridge is only a 20-minute walk away. Also, renting an apartment through Flatio is ultra easy and fast, so I would recommend Flatio to anyone.

Wow, the views are simply amazing! Huge terrace, recently renovated, modern furnishings, dishwasher and clothes washer, TV, internet. Everything you need. Super location, a couple of minutes from shopping, metro, tram, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants. I hope it's available next time we're in Prague. Thank you so much.

Fantasticka lokalita, skvela dostupnost! Byt je vybaven vsim zakladnim a s terasou tvori skvele misto pro objevovani a uzivani Prahy. Dita je velmi vstricna a ochotna okamzite resit cokoli je potreba.

Calm neighborhood and close to many public transports. You can go anywhere from Andel. Many shops as well.

The apartment is very good and also the own is a great person. She is very kind and care about the tenant.

I highly recommend Dita's home. She is such an amazing landlady and her home is perfect. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. If you are on your way to Prague I would definetely recommend staying at Dita's home.

The flat is great, perfectly equipped, bright, very comfortable and in an excellent location. It is just a few meters from metro station Anděl — and thus the Nový Smíchov shopping mall — and a few blocks from the Palacký Bridge, from where it is very pleasant to walk to the center of the city. And Dita is a magnificent hostess, always very kind and with very nice gestures! Because of that, I would rent her flat again and I highly recommend it!
