The apartment was good and has everything you'd expect.

- Besides the metro, there's a large mall (Novy Smichov) within 1km, two supermarkets closer, and lots of stores/restaurants/businesses within walking distance.

- The area around the apartment is quiet. Novy Smichov and the Metro B entrance at Nádražní are louder, there are many tourists and vendors.

- As of writing the area Smíchov City doesn't have much, since there's a massive construction project going on (the apt is far enough away that I didn't hear the construction).

- There's a very small park behind the apartment. Further away there is Petřín, or you can take the metro to go places like Centrální park.

Apartment was really good and well placed. Easy to get to the airport or city center. Would recommend for short stays since the apartment is a studio but overall great place.

Very comfortable and convenient home a short bus ride from Prague and close to stores in the village.

Quiet family neighborhood, close to stores and a library as well as a playground. No traffic noise other than planes going to the Prague airport.

Byt byl velice hezky připravený. Útulný a čistý, s veškerým vybavením, které bylo pro krátkodobý pronájem potřeba. Velkým bonusem je lokalita s rychlou dostupností do centra a v pěší vzdálenosti veškeré služby, které jsou potřeba. S majitelem byla velice rychlá a dobrá komunikace. Dostala jsem veškeré informace a nenaskytl se žádný problém.

Great house with everything a family needs. Absolutely no issues with the state of the place, the equipment etc.
The only, very small, issue was that only one key for the house and the gate is shared with the tenants, which complicates things when the group of adults is spending time there. But that is nothing we couldn't deal with.

It is a place close to the airport - in good and bad.
When you arrive to Czechia by plane you are 10 minutes away from the Airport to the house by a taxi. Both Bolt and Uber will take you there.
Close to the house is a bus stop with buses going to and from Prague several times every hour.

The downside is the constant aircraft traffic, but that is nothing you won't get used to quickly. And it is quite a good conversation topic when you have friends over to visit you.

There are several small groceries nearby, few restaurants and fast foods, a supermarket (Lidl) in a driving distance close to Horoměřice and a Pharmacy.

Well, Prague is a given if you are not from there as I am.
If you are into history the ruins of the Okoř castle are about 15 minutes by car from Horoměřice and if you have kids, there is a small Zoo Zájezd nearby - it is a nice place to spend few hours at.

Perfektne vybavený apartmán, skvelá lokalita. Okná do tichej časti na park a zeleň, v noci bol klud, vyborne sa spalo. Boli sme spokojní. Určite odporúčam.

I had a great experience communicating and staying at the house. The landlord always provided great instructions and helped us with anything needed. The place is located very close to Prague, so it didn’t feel like you’re staying too far. The house it beautiful, clean and has everything you might ever need in live. Definitely recommended.
