The house has been completely renovated and equipped, taking care of every detail with the comfort of the guests in mind. The accommodation stands out, of course, for its rural location and the environment that surrounds it, which is why the exteriors of the house are one of its main attractions, since it offers guests infinite possibilities to enjoy a stay in full contact with nature. . Being located at around 900m on a hillside, it offers spectacular views of the sea and the neighboring island of Gran Canaria.
The house has a small porch on its main façade, with a kind of outdoor kitchen, with an American bar, sink, wood-burning barbecue and a traditional wood-burning oven, designed to enjoy a culinary and gastronomic experience in the open air.
Once inside, the house consists of two large main rooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is accessed through one of the two large rooms, which could be defined as a leisure and recreation room, which has a convertible table, both a pool table and a ping pong table (with all the necessary elements to play both), as well as a huge U-shaped corner chair. The room is completely darkened by blinds, to become a cinema room with a ceiling projector, a remote-controlled drop-down screen and a BOSE sound system, to through which the audiovisual system is centralized, to connect devices via Chromecast or directly via HDMI cable. In addition, the room has an office in front of the window as a work area. The adjoining room is even larger and houses the kitchen, dining room and living room in longitudinal arrangement. The kitchen is new and fully equipped, the generous dining table seats the full number of guests and the living room consists of a huge double chaise-long sofa facing a smart TV (includes classic nintendo with games).
The three bedrooms and the two bathrooms are distributed along the corridor. The master bedroom contains a double bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom (also with separate access from the hallway) which is accessed through the wardrobe. Regarding the other two bedrooms, one of them has a double bunk bed (double bed), and the other with a single bunk bed and a sofa bed.
The house is very spacious and open-plan, all rooms have windows to the outside, so it is very bright and well ventilated. Due to the characteristics of the climate of the area, very humid and cold at sunset, the house has special exterior insulation, and good central heating, using an ultramodern condensing boiler and radiant terminals distributed throughout the house, to which Two modern individual stoves are added in each of the two large main rooms. This combined system guarantees a comfortable temperature 24 hours a day adapted to the outside and inside temperature at all times.

We have specially thought of the little ones in the house, for whom they will find all kinds of toys and games for children, such as the SuperNintendo console, as well as a brand new trampoline in the garden.The accommodation is located in a residential area made up of plots and farms in a rural environment, on the Esperanza road, in the municipality of El Rosario. Very close in the surroundings always following the main road, its margins you can find supermarkets (Alteza or Hiperdino), gas stations, and a multitude of local restaurants (El Pariente, Las Rosas, El Bodegón Campestre, etc). Nearby, 10 minutes by car, is the 'Forestal Park', the largest adventure theme park in the trees in the Canary Islands and the only one of its kind in Tenerife.
