Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.
- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.

- A bejelentkezés jellemzően 15:00 óra után történik. Ha azonban korábban tervez érkezni, kérjük, jelezze, és mi mindent megteszünk, hogy eleget tegyünk a korai bejelentkezési kérésének.
- Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy a 20:00 óra utáni bejelentkezést előre meg kell erősíteni, 20:00 és 23:00 óra között pedig 20 EUR felárat kell fizetni / 23:00-09:00 között 30 EUR felárat kell fizetni, amelyet bejelentkezéskor kell megfizetni.
- Az épületben barátságos szomszédok laknak, főként családok. A békés együttélés biztosítása érdekében kérem, hogy tartsák tiszteletben őket azzal, hogy a házon belül a zajszintet elviselhető szinten tartják. A pihenőidő 23:00-tól 9:00-ig tart.
- Az indokolatlan zaj és a társadalomellenes viselkedés büntetést von maga után, és azt eredményezheti, hogy a vendégeket a napszaktól és az éjszakai időszaktól függetlenül, visszatérítés és bármilyen kártérítés nélkül felszólítjuk az ingatlan azonnali elhagyására.
- Távozáskor a házat ésszerűen tiszta és rendezett állapotban kell visszaadni. A konyhát ki kell takarítani (különösen az ételmaradékoktól) és a szemetet ki kell vinni (az apartman közelében újrahasznosító tartályok vannak). Szabályának megszegése esetén extra takarítási díj kerülhet felszámításra (plusz óránként).
- Kérjük, kapcsolja ki a légkondicionálót, a világítást és minden más elektromos készüléket (készülékeket) minden alkalommal, amikor elhagyja az apartmant.
- A kerékpárok tárolása az apartman vagy az épület területén belül szigorúan tilos.
- Az apartmanon belül tilos a dohányzás.
- Háziállatok tartása nem megengedett.
- A bútorokban és/vagy berendezésekben keletkezett károkat a kár értékének megfelelő összeggel számoljuk fel.
- Ha szükséged van rám, hogy menjek az apartmanhoz, mert bent hagytad a kulcsokat, 20:00 óráig 20€, 20:00 után 30€ és 23:00 után 50€. Ha kizárta magát, és a kulcsot a zárban hagyta, akkor a lakatos újbóli kinyitásáért kért díjat kell fizetnie.
- Kérjük, győződjön meg arról, hogy az ajtó biztonságosan zárva/zárva van, és hogy a (elektronikus) kulcs mindig a birtokában marad, amikor elhagyja az apartmant a tartózkodása alatt.
- Az apartman elveszett kulcsának pótlásáért 50 €-t kell fizetnie.
