The apartment is located in one of the oldest and most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon, in a pleasant and quiet place, surrounded by all types of trade and services. Situated between the square allusive to the poet Luís Vaz de Camões and the Chiado neighborhood, on the slope of Bairro Alto and along with one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the city of Lisbon, the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint, this apartment was totally remodeled maintaining Traditional architecture, such as the pombaline cages of the century.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and cutlery you need to prepare a home meal. It has a stove, fridge with frozen, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.
The room has a meal area by the kitchen and a leisure area. The sofa bed can accommodate two extra guests.
The room is very large and has a 140x200 double bed. It is facing the main street.
The apartment has heaters and fans for your comfort all year round.
The apartment has Wi-Fi all over the house and TV with international channels.
The apartment is 7 minutes from Prince Real, 5 minutes from Baixa de Lisboa and Rossio, 15 minutes from Praça do Comércio and the Tagus River, 5 minutes from Baixa-Chiado metro station and 6 minutes from the station of the famous tram 28.

Our company exclusively uses the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment for complete and effective cleaning, including the sanitation of clothes and towels.
All our housing are certified by the Directorate General with the Clean & Safe Seal

House rules:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas.
• The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not allowed before consultation and prior authorization.
• Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00.
• It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - 100 €
• Locking lock that requires technical intervention - customer paid for the intervention
• Forget the keys inside the apartment, demanding a new visit from Welcomer - 25 €
• A House Manual will be supplied in the apartment at check-in. Please comply with the rules.
