The Spot is a freshly and cleverly designed studio with plenty of space and air. It's located on the third floor of a modern residential building - with an elevator that's a blessing after long city walks.

Having travelled in different places around the world, I wanted to combine all the best I've seen in various Airbnb's - and none of the worst. Therefore, like many of my guests say, you might feel as if you're in an upscale hotel, rather than an Airbnb :)

Entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in a corridor with three doors - one leads to the main room, one to the bathroom and one to a... wait for it... walk-in closet that is fully yours! The main room consists of: a fully equipped kitchen with oven (+microwave function integrated), washing machine, dishwasher, stove, cooking hood, coffee machine, toaster, hot water kettle (with various temperatures), tea, coffee, cooking basics, pans, pots, cups, glasses and plates. There's a dining area with two chairs and right next to it, you can enjoy the soul of the studio - a cork wall with a personal collection of unique photos of Sofia's best views and hidden little treasures. I absolutely love my hometown and, as a photography lover, I try to capture the fleeting moments of beauty that pass by us in the city every single day. It is my pleasure to share this ever-growing collection with you and present you with Sofia's beauty throughout the four seasons from many different angles :)

Onward in the main space, an elegant library sets the sleeping area apart in a comfortable and cosy way. Feel free to take advantage of all books and magazines during your stay - you can enrich your knowledge and senses with interesting facts and beautiful images from Sofia, Bulgaria, and the world. Enjoy the spacious queen-size bed with lighted bedside tables, the 50" 4K TV and a brand new sound system with a subwoofer, the cosy armchair and some additional storage space. If you need to check your email or even cross some work off your to-do list, you can take advantage of the working desk with a dedicated light, or even hook your laptop up to the TV with a specially provided HDMI cable. You will be comfortable in any time of day and season with central heating, a premium air conditioner with Wi-Fi and fully darkening windows. There's a balcony on which you can enjoy your morning cup of tea / coffee and light a cigarette, if you're a smoker. The balcony gives you a magnificent view of the sky and two of Sofia's most symbolic landmarks - Vitosha mountain and the St. Alexander Nevsky cathedral's bell tower.

The bathroom and WC are combined. The toilet will pamper you with a premium electronic bidet seat. The shower area is separated with a tempered glass partition. There's some additional storage space with consumables, in case you run out of anything :)

Since there's no washing machine yet, you can use the common one in the building's underground floor for free, if you need to do some laundry. You'll find the apartment impeccably clean, loaded with fresh bed linen, towels and hotel cosmetics.

The apartment is located in the central part of Sofia on "Sveti Sveti Kiril I Metodiy" street. It's 750 metres away from Lion's Bridge and the belonging subway station which is directly connected with the Airport. The St. Alexander Nevsky cathedral is just a short 11-minute walk in a straight line.

Some of the best restaurants and bars in town can be found in the area: Skaptobara, Rainbow Factory, L'Etranger, Vino Vino, La Cattedrale, Crazy Diamond, Once Upon a Time and others. My professional co-hosts' dedicated team of customer support specialists will be more than glad to answer all of your questions regarding the area and ways to spend your free time.
