The flat is located in a great neighborhood, and the neighbors are friendly. I have really enjoyed living in this area. Both Lidl and Mammut are within a short walking distance, and there are also some nice cafés and restaurants nearby.
Communication with Eszter was pleasant and smooth, with no significant issues.
The flat itself was not particularly clean when I moved in, so I did some additional cleaning to make it more comfortable for myself. In addition, there was also a faint smell of gas near the entrance.
Overall, I still felt comfortable living here and had a positive experience.

Le quartier est calme tout en étant connecté au centre de Budapest, tous les transports allants dans toutes directions de ville sont proches et faciles d'accès. Nous avons passé plusieurs mois dans l'appartement avec ma conjointe et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Le quartier est calme tout en étant connecté au centre de Budapest, tous les transports allants dans toutes directions de ville sont proches et faciles d'accès. I couldn’t recommend Eszter’s place more highly. The apartment is full of charm and perfectly located—close enough to easily access the city, but tucked away just enough to enjoy Budapest at a comfortable pace. From the moment I arrived, it felt like home. Eszter herself was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful in getting me situated. If I return to Budapest, I’d absolutely stay here again.
