Online szerződés az Ön nyelvén. Az alap, a bérlés helyének megfelelő nyelven írt bérleti szerződés, de a szerződést mindig lefordítjuk angolra és a leggyakrabban használt nyelvekre. A szerződés aláírása mindig online történik, tehát bárhonnan megkötheti a világon.
A lakás megbízható bemutatásának a garanciája. A Flatio-nál, biztos lehet abban, hogy a lakás pontosan úgy néz ki, ahogy a fotókon. Ha, bármilyen oknál fogva, a lakás mégsem felel meg a hirdetésben leírtaknak, visszatérítjük a teljes bérleti díjat és szolgáltatási díjat, továbbá 7 ingyen éjszakát biztosítunk szállodában.
Kényelmes hosszabbítás. Szeretne tovább maradni a szálláson? Nem gond. Ha a tulajdonos megerősíti, hogy a lakás elérhető továbbra is az Ön számára, akkor online meg tudja hosszabbítani a bérlést. Hasonlóan, a szerződés felmondható egyszerű 30 napos értesítéssel, szintén, online.
Minden benne van az árban. A bérleti díj tartalmazza az összes szolgáltatást, beleértve a közüzemi díjakat és a Wi-Fi-t, és csak akkor kerül felszámításra, ha meghaladja a bérleti díj 15 %-át. Luísa's apartment was incredible, we spent a full month here remote working and will definitely look to stay here again next time. The apartment is so spacious and has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea with a barbecue and sun loungers that we spent a lot of time using. The bedrooms are large, well decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Like a lot of Madeira, the parking situation is challenging as it's on a hill, but was mastered in a few days. It is a steep hill to Ponta do Sol, but it's relatively short and doable for any relatively fit person. There's plenty of parking in Ponta do Sol too, so you can always drive. Luisa was a great host and on hand for anything we needed- I would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Madeira!

Byt je v klasickém madeirském domku, stylově zařízený, s velkou terasou a krásným výhledem na oceán. Vybavení je jednodušší, starší, ale zahrnuje vše potřebné, skvělá je smart TV. Drobné závady (chybějící klika, nesvítící světlo v kuchyni..) se majitelka snažila vyřešit. Parkovací místo je součástí. Nevýhodou je poloha ve strmém kopci, takže návštěva obchodu nebo restaurace je vždy fyzciky náročnější procházkou ca na hodinu. Veřejná doprava tu funguje velice omezně, takže rozhodně doporučuji pronajmout si auto - bez něj to tu nejde.

The accomodation exceeded expectation, I would give it a 10 however there are some minor interior things that would make the inside a little more comfortable (new couch/kitchen update) which I believe is already in the pipeline. Other than that this place is a dream, a real home from home with everything you need and the most beautiful views and sounds surrounding you. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend.

It is located in a peaceful residential area, up in the hills from the town of Ponta do Sol. It is walking distance from both the town centre (shops, restaurants) and also a hiking trail (levada) further inland. The locals are friendly and we also met other travellers staying nearby. There are smaller local shops in the local neighbourhood, and a couple of small restaurant/bars.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and well-maintained. Luisa was lovely and very friendly, and attentive to ensuring we had the best stay possible. 10/10 would stay again, and plan to in the future!

I enjoyed my time at this place very much, It is located in a quiet residential area and has a gorgeous view over the coast. Sitting on the veranda at night when the moonlight shines through the clouds or really at any time of the day is just magical.
In the surrounding area there are a few bars, some of which have a limited selection of groceries to buy. There's also the levada do moinho around 20 minutes away by foot from the house which I recommend going to.
The furniture in the living room is not the most up to date and a bit creaky but other than that the inside of the house is in a very good state and quite comfortable.
Communication with Luisa has been great and she has been very accommodating regarding my questions and requests.
I should mention that it is highly advisable to have a car or motorcycle to live here since the way from Ponta do Sol village to the house is very steep. Watch out for the crossing of Caminho do Pico do Melro and ER 222, it is hard to see or hear cars coming there.

Our 4-month stay at Casa Luisa was absolutely wonderful! the home's location and view of the atlantic ocean and coastline below are stunning and the town of Ponta Do Sol is a magical and relaxing place to visit and experience.
The flat was rated at only 9/10 only because the furnishings while very acceptable are not necessarily "luxurious" if you are seeking a resort-like accomodation. Casa Luisa did however have everything we needed for our stay and therefore an incredible value; we would not hesitate to stay again!
Luisa is the kindest and most helpful person one could hope for in a landlord. We were so sad when it came time to leave :-(

Casa Luisa's location is about 190 m elevation on a high ridge looking Southwest over the Atlantic ocean and the Southern coast of the Madeira with Cabo Girao visible in the distance. The home is located on a steep street which can be walked into town; this location is not for the infirm but we relished our daily walks to town for the exercise, the views, the sounds (and smells at dinner time) and the lovely people and neighbors we would meet along the way. the neighborhood is popular with visitors like us and digital nomads who come to experience the town, the levada hiking and the locale.

Levada hiking is a popular activity and one merely needs to walk uphill for about 15 minutes to access the beautiful and stunning Levada Nova loop and hit one of the local neighborhood cafes on the way back to Casa Luisa for a refreshing beer (or three :-)
