Jogszerűségi garancia. A bérleti szerződések teljes mértékben megfelelnek az adott ország jogszabályainak ahol a Flatio-n keresztül történik a bérlés. Attól függetlenül, hogy egy vagy tizenkét hónapra száll meg.
Online szerződés az Ön nyelvén. Az alap, a bérlés helyének megfelelő nyelven írt bérleti szerződés, de a szerződést mindig lefordítjuk angolra és a leggyakrabban használt nyelvekre. A szerződés aláírása mindig online történik, tehát bárhonnan megkötheti a világon.
A lakás megbízható bemutatásának a garanciája. A Flatio-nál, biztos lehet abban, hogy a lakás pontosan úgy néz ki, ahogy a fotókon. Ha, bármilyen oknál fogva, a lakás mégsem felel meg a hirdetésben leírtaknak, visszatérítjük a teljes bérleti díjat és szolgáltatási díjat, továbbá 7 ingyen éjszakát biztosítunk szállodában.
Kényelmes hosszabbítás. Szeretne tovább maradni a szálláson? Nem gond. Ha a tulajdonos megerősíti, hogy a lakás elérhető továbbra is az Ön számára, akkor online meg tudja hosszabbítani a bérlést. Hasonlóan, a szerződés felmondható egyszerű 30 napos értesítéssel, szintén, online.
Minden benne van az árban. A bérleti díj tartalmazza az összes szolgáltatást, beleértve a közüzemi díjakat és a Wi-Fi-t, és csak akkor kerül felszámításra, ha meghaladja a bérleti díj 15 %-át. Ez sok papírmunkát takarít meg a lakás átadásakor. Ha egy szállás nem kínál Wi-Fi-t, az egyértelműen fel van tüntetve a hirdetés oldalán.
Mindig 30 nappal előre. Akár a hónap elején vagy a hónap közepén költözik be a lakásba, a fizetett bérleti díj mindig a következő 30 napra szól. A Flatio-nál, a "hónap" mindig akkor kezdődik amikor beköltözik és soha nem fog többszörös bérleti díjat fizetni.
Fotózza le a lakást. Javasoljuk, hogy fényképezze le a lakás aktuális állapotát a bérlés első és utolsó napján és küldje el a fotókat nekünk. A fotók és az aláírt átadási jegyzőkönyv, nagy segítség lesz amennyiben bármilyen kellemetlen helyzet lenne, amire reméljük, hogy soha nem kerül sor.

The flat if really nice and spacious. It’s well equipped, has all kitchen amenities, modern TV and so on. It’s very close to the city center and the beach. It also had a parking spot in the garage, but we mostly used the parking on the street as it was never crowded (also a plus). It does get a bit cold during winter but there were two electric heaters for us to use.
However, while the flat was nice, we can’t say the same about the owners. We rented the place for 5 months with a cat, after an initial agreement in Flatio messages that we can stay with the cat if we pay 100€ more per month to cover any extra cleaning after our stay. We kept the apartment very clean, with monthly control visits so that the owners make sure that nothing was destroyed. At the end of the stay, the owners demanded that we pay extra for washing the duvets, pillows, the sofa, the windows, the balcony etc. (or that we do it ourselves which was impossible while still staying at the apartment) - once we mentioned that this should be covered from the extra 500€ which we payed throughout the stay, the owners pretended that they don’t know what we’re talking about and still demanded that we cover the additional cleaning. It was also very problematic to get in touch with them because the owners use a company to manage the flat so everything had to be passed through that company.
Summary: the flat and the management company are nice but beware of the owners, cause the only thing that we experienced is that they were greedy and were just looking to get extra money. We payed because we didn’t want to have any trouble but it shouldn’t look like that.

Photos on the website do not reflect how apartament looks in fact, very modern and comfy. We spend a nice time there. What I will add is the internet amplifier which will spread signal to the main bedroom.

You live in the gated community. During our stay there were no parties in the bulding, was quite and peaceful.

The apartment is fantastic, very, very spacious, has everything you could need and wifi worked great! Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was perfect. Close to the marina, just 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Lagos and close to a grocery store and restaurants. Checking in was very easy and smooth. Carlos was very responsive, always got back to us quickly and took care of anything we needed to sort out. Thank you very much Carlos for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend!

Tasca da Lota, a cheap and cheerful but very delish grilled fish restaurant not too far. The restaurants at the marina are ok but a bit overpriced and very touristy. There's a Pingo Doce near by, but the InterMarche in town has a much, much better selection of goods and produce - for me it was worth a few extra minutes to shop there. The concierge at the InterMarche can arrange a taxi for you. Just nearby the InterMarche is a really great churrasco restaurant Restaurante Figueiras - excellent churrasco chicken, bacalao na bras and portuguese stews - which you can take away as well.

This apartment was a really wonderful place. It’s very close to the marina and the town center, it has every single thing you could want or need, and it’s a very short walk to a large grocery store for anything else.
It has fast internet, a large smart TV, allocated parking and an incredible balcony with a comfortable sofas and a large dining area. Everything I needed for a month in Portugal!
