Lagos Factory Green

We had a very nice stay in Lagos factory green in october.
The apartment was excactly as shown in pictures. Very spacious and modern. The pool area was also very comfortable and sheltered.
The apartment is very suitable for remote working. The neighborhood is quiet, and the internet connection was good.
We recommend to read the house rules carefully. Especially the part about the key barrel ;)
Carlos was very quick to respond to any queries. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Very quiet, but Marina is close by. Not too far from central either (~20min walk).

Great place to stay, and Carlos was very responsive with the couple of questions we had.

The area is a bit isolated, but only a 20 minute walk across the drawbridge to downtown Lagos or 15 minute walk straight down to the beach.

Modern apartment. Close to CP train station, marina and pingo doce.

Any establishment at the marina to eat. Pingo doce offers a great, breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.

Great apartment with quality furniture and equipment and good design. The Wifi was working well and there was a good desk. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dish washer. The balcony is very spacious and receives the morning sun.

A rug in the living room could help to create a more cozy feel.

Great, well equipped and situated flat. In walking distance to the city centre but nice and quiet. Really appreciated the balcony with sun in the morning, and the well equipped kitchen.

Just behind the marina, close to marina restaurants and a convenient pingo. Just across the bridge from old town. Closer to the long beach then the cliffs, but all in walking/cycling distance, although hiring a car would be recommended if you don’t like too much time and exercise spent on your transport,

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. It’s very well located — just about 20 minutes on foot to the Old Town and the Meia Praia beach, about 5 minutes to a great supermarket (Pingo Doce). The apartment is really spacious and comfortable and very well isolated from the outside sounds. We enjoyed the bedroom — it’s silent at night and the bed is big and comfy. The terrace gets some sunshine in the morning and then shadow in the afternoon which is great for eating outdoor. The kitchen was generally well-equipped though there were a few items missing for comfortable cooking in our opinion. The apartment was quite cold at the beginning of our stay (April) — it’s completely normal for Portuguese flats to not have central heating, just make sure to bring some warm socks and sweaters (you can also use a small electric heater though it’s impossible for it to warm the spacious living room so there’s not much point using it there). The apartment was generally very clean when we arrived — except for the terrace and the furniture there — we had to clean them ourselves before using. All in all it’s a great flat to stay in Lagos, would definitely come back! (smiley) Thank you, Carlos!
