Jogszerűségi garancia. A bérleti szerződések teljes mértékben megfelelnek az adott ország jogszabályainak ahol a Flatio-n keresztül történik a bérlés. Attól függetlenül, hogy egy vagy tizenkét hónapra száll meg.
Online szerződés az Ön nyelvén. Az alap, a bérlés helyének megfelelő nyelven írt bérleti szerződés, de a szerződést mindig lefordítjuk angolra és a leggyakrabban használt nyelvekre. A szerződés aláírása mindig online történik, tehát bárhonnan megkötheti a világon.
A lakás megbízható bemutatásának a garanciája. A Flatio-nál, biztos lehet abban, hogy a lakás pontosan úgy néz ki, ahogy a fotókon. Ha, bármilyen oknál fogva, a lakás mégsem felel meg a hirdetésben leírtaknak, visszatérítjük a teljes bérleti díjat és szolgáltatási díjat, továbbá 7 ingyen éjszakát biztosítunk szállodában.
Kényelmes hosszabbítás. Szeretne tovább maradni a szálláson? Nem gond. Ha a tulajdonos megerősíti, hogy a lakás elérhető továbbra is az Ön számára, akkor online meg tudja hosszabbítani a bérlést. Hasonlóan, a szerződés felmondható egyszerű 30 napos értesítéssel, szintén, online.
Minden benne van az árban. A bérleti díj tartalmazza az összes szolgáltatást, beleértve a közüzemi díjakat és a Wi-Fi-t, és csak akkor kerül felszámításra, ha meghaladja a bérleti díj 15 %-át. Great flat, good price, quiet, with electric blinds, very cosy with everything you might need (utensils, dishwasher, storage space, etc) , close to nice beach with walking/running sidewalk, 3 grocery shops in 4 minute walk. Train tracks nearby were not the issue at all due to good sound insulation. If you are feeling cold, there is a nice electric heater. Communications with the owner is great too - responded to everything that I needed. 10/10

Jose was a wonderful and accommodating host. The flat was very comfortable and had all needed amenities. Smart TV, dishwasher, full size fridge and oven were a bonus. Excellent high speed internet, was able to work remotely with no issues. Perfect location, close to restaurants, bus and metro lines. Two nearby grocery stores, gas station and a pharmacy. Bus line to a nearby mall (Oeiras Parque) with a great variety of restaurants/stores and a hyper market. Short walk to the beach made this the perfect location for us beachgoers wanting to not be in the city. Short metro ride away to neighboring beaches, Carcavelos and Cascais.

That was my second staying here and everything went just great. José and his son are fantastic and helpful landlords. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped. Definitely, I am going to stay here once again if possible :)

Jose is the best host we've ever had! So helpful all the time, very friendly. Location of the apartment is great, because you have ocean and shops near by. Staying at Jose's apartment is a MUST when visiting Portugal.

I have no words to describe the space. It's fantastic, so beautiful, with everything I need and José was very kind to me, so friendly and taking care of everything I needed. The apartment is so close to the beaches and shops and here I felt at home. A peaceful place. I recommend it to everyone, this space is amazing.

I have no words to describe the space. It's fantastic, so beautiful, with everything I need and José was very kind to me, so friendly and taking care of everything I needed. The apartment is so close to the beaches and shops and here I felt at home. A peaceful place. I recommend it to everyone, this space is amazing.
