Modern, elegant flat bordering the green heart of Budapest, in the 7th district. 2 minutes’ walk from the park (Városliget), 5-10 minutes’ walk from metro 1 and many buses and trolley buses available in close proximity. Short walk from Andrássy út, the district of diplomats, the veterinary university, Heroes’ square, the park with a lake (rowing in the summer and ice skating in the winter), a castle and plenty of green space , the Zoo, shops, cafés and many museums. The apartment entrance has elegant bars protecting the door and window, the outer corridor is locked on each floor and there is a motion detector light at the entrance of the flat. The apartment is on the second floor (glass lift available), 85 m2, very bright with large internal spaces, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Exceptionally quiet with lots of sun and a street view. There is a quiet, communal balcony facing inside the building where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The building has been renovated both inside and out. The apartment itself has also been entirely renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. It features a large kitchen, a very large bathroom, an extra toilet, a walk-in closet, a sizeable bedroom and a very large living room with a stunning loft-style brick wall. It also has a locked, shared storage space on the second floor next to the apartment, available upon request. High speed wifi suitable for remote working.
Modern, elegáns lakás Budapest zöld szívében, a 7. kerületben. 2 perc sétára a parktól (Városliget), 5-10 perc sétára az 1-es metrótól és számos busz és trolibusz áll rendelkezésre a közelben. Rövid sétára az Andrássy úttól, a diplomaták negyedétől, az állatorvosi egyetemtől, a Hősök terétől, a parktól, ahol egy tó (nyáron evezés, télen korcsolyázás), egy kastély és rengeteg zöldterület , az Állatkert, üzletek, kávézók és számos múzeum található. A lakás bejárata elegáns rácsokkal védi az ajtót és az ablakot, a külső folyosó minden emeleten zárva van, és a lakás bejáratánál mozgásérzékelős lámpa van. A lakás a második emeleten található (üveglift áll rendelkezésre), 85 m2-es, nagyon világos, nagy belső terekkel, magas mennyezettel és sok természetes fénnyel. I really enjoyed staying in this apartment during my 10 weeks international engineering internship in Budapest. The apartment is very spacious and was in good overall condition, and its location is excellent, in a very pleasant, quiet and secure area close to Hősök tere and Városliget.
I also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Szonja throughout my stay. She was very responsive, helpful and kind whenever I had a question or an issue.
I finished my stay with some regret, as I genuinely enjoyed living here. I will keep very good memories of my summer in Budapest in 2026, both from my internship and from my life in this apartment. Thank you, Szonja, for making my stay so enjoyable!

The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and pleasant. The neighbors are discreet and respectful, and I never experienced any problems or disturbances during my stay. People are friendly and usually say hello when you meet them. The location is also excellent, with Hősök tere and Városliget nearby, as well as easy access to the rest of Budapest.

I really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautifully redecorated. The place has everything one could need, including great WIFI, coffee machine, dishwasher, great shower, and excellent living space.
The apartment is safe and secure with double door access and very quiet. The location is also great, one of the best places to eat is just a stone's throw away, and also there is a SPAR and LIDL within walking distance. Reaching the centre was easy and fast.
The landlady is extremely pleasant and friendly and was always more than happy to help with every question. I will undoubtedly stay here again.
