Online szerződés az Ön nyelvén. Az alap, a bérlés helyének megfelelő nyelven írt bérleti szerződés, de a szerződést mindig lefordítjuk angolra és a leggyakrabban használt nyelvekre. A szerződés aláírása mindig online történik, tehát bárhonnan megkötheti a világon.
A lakás megbízható bemutatásának a garanciája. A Flatio-nál, biztos lehet abban, hogy a lakás pontosan úgy néz ki, ahogy a fotókon. Ha, bármilyen oknál fogva, a lakás mégsem felel meg a hirdetésben leírtaknak, visszatérítjük a teljes bérleti díjat és szolgáltatási díjat, továbbá 7 ingyen éjszakát biztosítunk szállodában.

Maria, her husband, and her niece were all so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! They were responsive and ensured we had a pleasant stay the month that we were there. Being a few steps away from the beach was amazing and the Pizzeria (Terazza) nearby was always great. About a 25 minute walk to the nearest metro and a 40 minute ride into main Porto (we usually stopped at Trinidade). Maria's place is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of the main city but not too far to get to! Grocery stores are about a 45 minute walk or less than 10 minute Bolt ride away.

Maria, her husband, and her niece were all so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! They were responsive and ensured we had a pleasant stay the month that we were there. Being a few steps away from the beach was amazing and the Pizzeria (Terazza) nearby was always great. About a 25 minute walk to the nearest metro and a 40 minute ride into main Porto (we usually stopped at Trinidade). Maria's place is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of the main city but not too far to get to! It is a smaller village. There are decent supermarkets, butcher and 2 beachbar / restaurants in walking distance. In terms of nightlife or activities, the village doesn't offer much but that is to be expected.
It is super close to the ocean and beach. Which is perfect if that is what you are looking for.
The metro is about a 20 min walk with 50 min get to the centre of Porto. A car is helpful but we didn't need / use it.
We enjoyed our time and it is as we expected. If you want a more busy life and more entertainment than perhaps a different city is for you.
