Located on the ground floor, the common areas include a comfy living room, a very spacious fully furnished shared kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) and and a large dining area, sometimes used as a working space. There is a coworking area inside the house in one of the living room and another one in the former barn, renovated and transformed in a modern multi-purpose coworking space. You also have free access to a washing machine and dryer.
COMMUNITY & ACTIVITIES
What makes this stay truly incredible are the 7 hectares of private garden and the animals roaming around the property. Walk to the top of the hill to watch the sunset, meet their miniature donkeys and the horses and the friendly dogs, enjoy summer nights around the barbecue and meals on the big garden table. The pool is the perfect addition to relax and get refreshed on hot summer days.
Only 5km from the Medieval village of Cordes-sur-Ciel, enjoy the charm of the village, try local wines and shop at local markets. This is the perfect place to focus on your work and escape the city while enjoying the quintessential French lifestyle.

Flora and fauna
The accommodation is nestled in the middle of an area of 7 hectares of greenery. All around the property, if you are careful, you can see deers, hares, wild boars, squirrels and many birds.
In the garden you can enjoy your time among beautiful olive and cypress trees, as well as meadows sown with oak trees.
FLORA
In around 2h drive you can get to the Natural Regional Park Haut-Languedoc with its large forests, hills, lakes and streams that surround the Lake Lac du Laouzas. The combination of Atlantic and Mediterranean climate brings in this area a great diversity of rare fauna and flora with a large number of different plants, including many wild orchids.
FAUNA
Many species of fauna in the nature park are protected including the hawk eagle, mouflons, otters and grass snakes. Protected plants include golden garlic, orchids and drosera.

EXPERIENCE THE LOCAL LIFE
From the accommodation you can see, in a distance, a magnificent fortified town of Cordes-sur-Ciel. It boasts an exceptional Gothic heritage in which all phases are represented. Make sure you will take a walk in this medieval town as it is a real enchantment, especially as the streets are lined with craft shops and artists' galleries.
The accommodation is located 25 km from Albi, capital of the Tarn department. It is indisputably the most interesting small city in the Midi-Pyrenees region. If you go there, don't miss St. Cecilia's cathedral which has always been a remarkable and unique monument, being both fortified and built of brick. Next to the cathedral stands the similarly massive and fortified Bishop's palace, part of which now houses the magnificent Salon of the Rue des Moulins Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec - Salon rue des Moulins Toulouse Lautrec museum. When you're done with sightseeing, take a little break in one of the cafes or restaurants.
If you'd like to explore vineyards, go to Gaillac which is also 25 km away.
The Association Cheval Affaires neighboring the accommodation rescues horses, "lodges" them in meadows all around the house, and offers rides and activities with horses, mounted or on foot.

To get to the accommodation from the airport:
- By public transport: take a bus AERO to Matabiau Gare SNCF stop (22 min, €8), then change and from the station Toulouse Matabiau go to Cordes Vindrac (57min, €10-26). From there you will have around 10 min walk to the accommodation.
- By car: around 1h20

Flóra és fauna
A szálláshely egy 7 hektáros zöldövezet közepén fekszik. A birtok egész területén, ha óvatosak vagyunk, őzeket, nyulakat, vaddisznókat, mókusokat és számos madarat láthatunk.
A kertben gyönyörű olaj- és ciprusfák, valamint tölgyfákkal bevetett rétek között élvezheti az időt.
FLORA
Körülbelül 2 óra autóútra eljuthat a Haut-Languedoc Természeti Regionális Parkba, ahol hatalmas erdők, dombok, tavak és patakok veszik körül a Lac du Laouzas tavat. Az atlanti és a mediterrán éghajlat kombinációja a ritka állat- és növényvilág nagy változatosságát hozza létre ezen a területen, számos különböző növényfajjal, köztük számos vadon élő orchideával.
FAUNA

A szálláshelyről a távolban látható Cordes-sur-Ciel csodálatos erődített városa. Kivételes gótikus örökséggel büszkélkedhet, amelyben minden fázis képviselteti magát. Mindenképpen tegyen egy sétát ebben a középkori városban, mert igazi varázslat, különösen, hogy az utcákat kézműves boltok és művészek galériái szegélyezik.
A szállás 25 km-re található Albi-tól, Tarn megye fővárosától. Ez vitathatatlanul a Midi-Pyrenees régió legérdekesebb kisvárosa. Ha arra jár, ne hagyja ki a Szent Cecília katedrálist, amely mindig is figyelemre méltó és egyedülálló műemlék volt, mivel egyszerre erődített és téglából épült. A katedrális mellett áll a hasonlóan masszív és megerősített püspöki palota, amelynek egy része ma a csodálatos Rue des Moulins Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec - Salon rue des Moulins Toulouse Lautrec múzeumnak ad otthont. Ha végeztél a városnézéssel, tarts egy kis szünetet a kávézók vagy éttermek egyikében.
Ha szeretné felfedezni a szőlőültetvényeket, menjen el a szintén 25 km-re lévő Gaillacba.
A szállás szomszédságában lévő Cheval Affaires Egyesület lovakat ment, "szállásolja" őket a ház körüli legelőkön, és lovas vagy gyalogos lovaglásokat és tevékenységeket kínál lovakkal.
