I The kitchen and living areas are very spacious and clean. The kitchen is moderately well equipped but sharper knives are needed for cooking. There is a TV but no remote to use it. There is air conditioning but the remote control was removed by the owner in February so there is no way to heat the living space. There are wall heaters in the rooms that do not function. I saw many times the cleaners put the sheets and towels through a mini-wash in the kitchen, which is not up to industry standards for hygiene.

The location is excellent. The apartment is in the attic and the ceiling is low. I hit my head several times. After a few hits I rearranged the desk and the cloths rack to fit my size.
The staff were very polite and kept the apartment neat.

Gostei muito! A Sónia é uma anfitriã super disponível e profissional. Tive todo o suporte que precisei. O apartamento fica muito próximo da Estação de Comboios. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Nota 10!

It is a quiet place to stay this guest house depends on your vacation purpose. As for me, after long beach surfing life, I took a full rest here.
I just wanna address some of the points, it is nearby the train station, however, the train is coming every 20min, so you have to calculate the commute time. You have the right to request laundry service based on their house rule, however, I found the host adds an additional excuse to do this. Thus, I recommend and make sure to communicate with her clearly. (ask for coins, and go to the laundry store by yourself or request them to do it in advance). I barely see the host or cleaner while staying here, they provide good cleaning service. Luckily I have no other guests while staying on my 3rd floor. Other than that, you can feel free to stay.
