I have spent 5 moths in this apartment and truly could call it a home. The neighborhood is the best in Prague with a beautiful park and a church, everything u need u can access by 5 min walk including the tram and metro stations. The flat was well equipped.

Byt odpovídal fotografiím i popisu a byl příjemně zařízený. Velkou výhodou je jeho umístění v blízkosti metra i tramvaje, takže je velmi snadné dostat se kamkoli po městě. Majitel byl po celou dobu pobytu komunikativní, vstřícný a ochotný pomoci, kdykoli bylo potřeba. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a rádi doporučujeme dál.
Byt odpovídal fotografiím i popisu a byl příjemně zařízený. Velkou výhodou je jeho umístění v blízkosti metra i tramvaje, takže je velmi snadné dostat se kamkoli po městě. Majitel byl po celou dobu pobytu komunikativní, vstřícný a ochotný pomoci, kdykoli bylo potřeba. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a rádi doporučujeme dál.

David was a perfect landlord. Very helpful, responsive, and available.
The flat was exactly as described. All the necessary articles were there. The only little improvement could be to update some of the kitchen utensils (saucepan, frying pan).
Overall this was a very pleasant experience helping to make the stay in Prague perfect.

The flat is very well situated. Not in the Prague center, but very near to the center. The neighborhood is safe, and there are a lot of supermarkets just around.
The flat is also just beside an underground station and several tram lines.
David was a perfect landlord. Very helpful, responsive, and available.

We highly recommend David as a landlord. Everything was okay, great communication and rapid solution of all the issues. The apartments is cozy and comfortable. Best time in Prague we ever had.

Our stay here was pleasant and memorable. The apartment was elegant and cozy. Great location is a bonus. David Zavadil is as smooth as landlords get :)

Komunikace s majitelem byla výborná, obzvlášť oceňuji jeho ochotu při předávání klíčů od bytu (při převzetí i odevzdání) a v případě potřeby možnost se v bytě zastavit, kdyby bylo třeba něco zařídit. Really comfortable studio in the best neighborhood of Prague. Close to metro/tram stops, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Communication with David was perfect.
Really comfortable studio in the best neighborhood of Prague. Close to metro/tram stops, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Communication with David was perfect.
David is a great landlord. He is punctual and friendly and was always there to help if any complication appeared.
The flat is nice as well, it looks cozy and modern. It contains all the facilities apart from vacuum cleaner. Although it faces the street, I never heard any noise from there so the isolation is good. During colder days I could always set up the heating so that it was warm enough inside.
The location could not be better, metro and trams (+night route) are around the corner and Karlín itself is a clean and silent district very close to the city center at the same time.
