Cozy, clean spot in Karlín close to a park, public transport, and plenty of food/drink options. Mark was very easy to communicate with and super understanding when my initial arrival got delayed by a stalled train. The flat also stayed reasonably cool during a heatwave with blinds closed, windows facing the interior courtyard, and a fan inside. Would stay again!

The tiny minimart nextdoor is open till 2:30am, handy if you need to grab a snack or drink. Not silent but not rowdy, and a pedestrian bridge connects the area to artsy Holešovice.
