Sunny flat in the centre of Prague

Petr and his nephew, Jiří, were fantastic hosts. They were always quick to communicate and answer questions. When a small problem arose in the flat, Jiří helped us out and was available if we needed anything during our stay.
The flat was perfect for our 6week stay to take our final exams in Prague. The living area is spacious and I spent a lot of time at the table studying. The bedroom closet was large enough to fit our clothes and store 2 of our suitcases. It was well stocked and all the appliances worked nicely.
We would happily stay here again when we next visit Prague!

This area is right next to a popular park, which makes for fantastic evening walks or grabbing a glass of wine and sitting outside. It does mean that people walk through the area often, which isn’t a huge problem. You hear some street noise but you’re high up enough that it isn’t distracting. There are lots of small wine bars and coffee shops in the area, and lots of small convenience stores. Central location to a major tram line so getting around is easy, but also great location that lets you walk to most destinations.

En el apartamento reina el silencio, a veces dudaba de si tenía vecinos o no jajajaja. Para mí es el lugar perfecto donde quedarse para estancias largas.

My stay in the apartment was a luxury. The location is perfect because it is right in the city center, yet in a very quiet area and several parks nearby that are not crowded. The apartment is exceptionally peaceful; sometimes I even wondered whether I had any neighbors at all. For me, it is the perfect place to stay for a long-term visit.

The neighborhood is very well connected. You can reach the airport in less than an hour, and thanks to Tram 22, you can get to the historic city center in just 20 minutes.

Nice and comfortable apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for a long stay. Close to shops, public transport and a beautiful park.

Petr was helpful at every stage of the process, always responsive to emails. The flat is in a good location, was clean and comfortable for the 5 months we rented it.

Well connected with several tram lines and a bus. Walking distance (or just one tram stop away) from Namesti Miru metro station.

Comfortable apartment at an ideal location

Nice, clean, newly renovated flat in an excellent location between Vinohrady and Vrsovice, and a short walk from the most useful tram line in Prague. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of the tourist center close to many great bars, restaurants, and parks.

Welcoming and friendly landlord. Nice flat, great location! Loved our stay. Will be back.
