Lovely One-Bedroom Home, near Airport and Center

Pavla is very friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate, making all the arrangements very smooth. Highly recommended.

The flat is in a quiet area , excellent location for public transportation , parcs and grocery store within minutes. The apartment is bright , clean and very well equipped . The landlord Pavla is kind ,always available and very helpful . I highly recommend this place and really enjoyed my stay !

The apartment is beautiful and well organised. As a student living for the first time in Prague, the apartment was very convenient in its location and equipment. The landlord is super helpful and quick with responding. I definitely recommend this apartment and Pavla :)

The apartment is really comfortable and cozy and it is also well equipped. I didn't miss anything here. Communication with Pavla was easy, we agreed on everything and we did not have to solve any problems.

The neighborhood is great. Surroundings are quiet and there are several parks close by. By public transport, you can get to the city center very quickly.

The flat feels quite spacious given its relatively small actual size, certainly sufficient for a couple. It is also beautifuly done, just as the pictures show, and fully equipped, too. You will find everything you need there. The location is excellent with both public transport and splendid parks nearby.
We were unfortunate in that we had moved in prior to a complete renovation of a flat directly bellow, which caused a lot of noise during the day, but that has been finished recently.
Also, the neighbours upstairs are a bit loud, so if you enjoy reading in silence and going to bed quite early as much as we do, this might be a thing to consider.
Other than that we had a great stay, the owner was always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom temperature is fairly cool, even during hot summers. The kitchen is absolutely top notch so if you are keen on cooking, you will be more than satisfied in that regard.

Pavla is a great Landlord. Helped me whenever needed. The flat is beautiful and the location perfect between airport and city center. Less then 100 meters to the green Metro Line which brings you in 10 minutes to the city center. Kitchen is really nice and there is also a washing machine in the flat which is great.

There is a big supermarket just across the street. Some restaurants as well and also pharmacies. Little park in the back. Nice little forest close by.
