Hi, my name is Estela. I was born and raised in Budapest where I left from 15 years ago in search of my dreams and travel. In the past years, I have lived and travelled to so many countries, such as US, UK, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Thailand, Morocco, Spain, Portugal and the list could go and on.. It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. It's very spacious and feels homely. The bathroom is extremely luxurious with a huge tub and a shower, lovely tiles. Estela is lovely and was so kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

The apartment is very spacious, decorated with love and great taste, and felt very homely. it is the landlady's home during the summer and it feels like a home rather than a rental flat. it has a really good energy, beautiful high ceilings and a lot of original period features such as the wooden shutters which make the rooms nice and dark at night. The bathroom is so luxurious with the choice of large tub or shower. It feels like a very tasteful hotel bathroom. Esther is a lovely person and I was lucky to meet her before she left. Both her and her Dad were very helpful with everything.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.

It has high cielings, the view looks at historic buildings, the internal design is just fantastic with many small architectural touches with frosted glass windows towards the bathroom to get natural and other light even if switch is not on. The kitchen is beautifully arranged. There was a lot of food in it. We too tried to leave a lot of food when we left. Everything is beautifully appointed. Estela and her father were very kind people. Its an absolutely lovely area which we have been Familiar with from before. Trams, bus, shops, supermarkets are all nearby. There are churches and restaurants in walking distance. Yet its a quiet street only filled with university students as many of the buildings in the street belong to university. But the students are quiet most of the time. They add a nice young feel to the ambience. This is part of the historic palace district so there are fantastic buildings all around. We can't say enough about this lovely apartment which should be used by all.

The flat is perfectly located, within walking distance to the main attractions and city centre, and it also has brilliant transport links to the rest of the city. There are a variety of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby but the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat itself is very spacious, comfortable to live in and it has everything you need. One of the best things about our stay was having Estela as our landlady. She is very caring and responsive, and she went above and beyond every time we needed help with anything during our stay. We’ve absolutely loved our experience living there and would definitely recommend staying there!

The flat is perfectly located, within walking distance to the main attractions and city centre, and it also has brilliant transport links to the rest of the city. There are a variety of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby but the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat itself is very spacious, comfortable to live in and it has everything you need. A Flatio bérleti szerződés alapelvei

Átláthatóság és egyszerűség. Mi vagyunk az egyetlen szolgáltató a piacon akik egy bérleti szerződést ajánlanak mindenre.

Jogszerűségi garancia. A bérleti szerződések teljes mértékben megfelelnek az adott ország jogszabályainak ahol a Flatio-n keresztül történik a bérlés. Attól függetlenül, hogy egy vagy tizenkét hónapra száll meg.

Online szerződés az Ön nyelvén. Az alap, a bérlés helyének megfelelő nyelven írt bérleti szerződés, de a szerződést mindig lefordítjuk angolra és a leggyakrabban használt nyelvekre. A szerződés aláírása mindig online történik, tehát bárhonnan megkötheti a világon.

A lakás megbízható bemutatásának a garanciája. A Flatio-nál, biztos lehet abban, hogy a lakás pontosan úgy néz ki, ahogy a fotókon. Ha, bármilyen oknál fogva, a lakás mégsem felel meg a hirdetésben leírtaknak, visszatérítjük a teljes bérleti díjat és szolgáltatási díjat, továbbá 7 ingyen éjszakát biztosítunk szállodában.

Minden benne van az árban. A bérleti díj tartalmazza az összes szolgáltatást, beleértve a közüzemi díjakat és a Wi-Fi-t, és csak akkor kerül felszámításra, ha meghaladja a bérleti díj 15 %-át. Fotózza le a lakást. Javasoljuk, hogy fényképezze le a lakás aktuális állapotát a bérlés első és utolsó napján és küldje el a fotókat nekünk. A fotók és az aláírt átadási jegyzőkönyv, nagy segítség lesz amennyiben bármilyen kellemetlen helyzet lenne, amire reméljük, hogy soha nem kerül sor.
A bérleti szerződés egészét elolvashatja itt. Az Ön saját bérleti szerződése akkor lesz megjelenítve, amikor a foglalást jóváhagyták és a személyes adatok kitöltésre kerültek.
A Stay Benefits nem vonatkozik - Kaució fedezet
A 180 napos vagy annál hosszabb időtartamú foglalások esetén a bérbeadó visszatérítendő kauciót kér.
Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy a kaució teljes mértékben helyettesíti a Stay Benefits szolgáltatást. Ezért ez a szolgáltatás, amely extra felelősség- és segítségnyújtási szolgáltatási biztosítást tartalmaz, nem vonatkozik erre a foglalásra.

Átlagos ár

Valójában a Flatio bérbeadói NEM kérhetnek kauciót 180 napnál (6 hónapnál) rövidebb tartózkodás esetén. Ennek oka, hogy hiszünk abban, hogy minden bérlő felelős és gondoskodó ember és csak olyan bérbeadókat veszünk fel, akik osztják ezt a hozzáállást.
Hosszabb tartózkodás esetén a bérbeadó dönti el, hogy kér-e kauciót vagy sem.
Szolgáltatások és internet
A lakbér a Flatio-n tartalmaz minden szolgáltatás díjat és az internetköltséget is. Nálunk nincsenek rejtett költségek.
Szolgáltatási díj
Ez az egyszeri díj hozzájárul működési költségeink fedezéséhez. A szolgáltatási díjnak köszönhetően hitelesített hírdetéseket, StayProtection fedezetet, megbízható ügyféltámogatást és még sok minden mást tudunk nyújtani.
Foglaljon kötelezettségek nélkül
A Flatio-nál nem kell addig fizetnie, amíg a tulajdonos nem fogadja el a foglalást és amíg Ön úgy dönt, hogy aláírja a szerződést. Tehát, küldje el a foglalást nyugodtan - ingyenes!
Arányos bérleti díj
A lefoglalt napok alapján kiszámolt arányos lakbért fog fizetni (egy hónap = 30 nap).
Pót Szállás
Abban az esetben, ha beköltözik, és a bérelt szállás nem egyezik a Flatio-n található információkkal, jelezze mihamarabb!

Felmondási Szabályok
Szigorú (30 nap)
Bérleti díj
Abban az esetben, ha lemondja a foglalást 30 vagy több nappal a beköltözés előtt, akkor visszatérítjük a teljes első havi bérleti díjat.
Abban az esetben, ha lemondja a foglalást 14 nappal a beköltözés előtt, akkor visszatérítjük az első havi bérleti díj felét.
Abban az esetben, ha lemondja a foglalást kevesebb mint 13 nappal a beköltözés előtt, nem térítjük vissza az első havi bérleti díjat.
Szolgáltatási díj
A Szolgáltatási díj mindig visszatérítendő.
Ha küld egy üzenetet a Flatio Ügyfélszolgálatnak amiben kéri a foglalás törlését ("felmondás a kezdő időponttól") 48 órán belül miután a bérleti szerződés érvényessé vált, akkor jogosult visszakapni a teljes összeget amit szolgáltatási díjként fizetett.
48 óra után, Ön jogosult a szolgáltatási díj visszatérítésére "utalvány" formájában aminek az összege megegyezik a fizetett szolgáltatási díjjal. Az utalványt felhasználhatja a következő foglalásnál és 12 hónapig érvényes. Ha a szolgáltatási díj a következő foglalásnál alacsonyabb mint az utalvány összege, akkor új utalványt állítunk ki a fennmaradó összegre és 12 hónapig lesz érvényes.

Ennél a lakóhelynél a tartózkodás minimális időtartama 14 nap. Kérjük, válasszon korábbi beköltözési dátumot, hogy megfeleljen ennek a korlátozásnak.

A szerződés megkötése után biztosítjuk Önt támogatásunkról az egész bérleti időszak alatt. Minden hétköznap rendelkezésére állunk 8- tól 16 -ig.

It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. It's very spacious and feels homely. The bathroom is extremely luxurious with a huge tub and a shower, lovely tiles. Estela is lovely and was so kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

The apartment is very spacious, decorated with love and great taste, and felt very homely. it is the landlady's home during the summer and it feels like a home rather than a rental flat. it has a really good energy, beautiful high ceilings and a lot of original period features such as the wooden shutters which make the rooms nice and dark at night. The bathroom is so luxurious with the choice of large tub or shower. It feels like a very tasteful hotel bathroom. Esther is a lovely person and I was lucky to meet her before she left. Both her and her Dad were very helpful with everything.

The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking. it was really comfortable to work remotely from there for both of us, the internet was good and there is one dedicated desk and one large kitchen table.
The most difficult thing in this apartment is choosing the best spot to read your book. From the comfy chair in the bedroom or large couch in the living room to one of the huge windows.
The location was perfect close enough to everything but still very quiet. There were a few concerts happening next door during our stay but they weren't very loud and always ended around 10 PM.
We would totally come back!

It is closed to all the attractions of Budapest. Most of them by foot. The street consists mostly of colleges and schools and the average age of people in the street is 25 :) The street is quite and not a through way.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.

This is a beautiful apartment and we will be back for long stays whenever we are in Budapest. It has high cielings, the view looks at historic buildings, the internal design is just fantastic with many small architectural touches with frosted glass windows towards the bathroom to get natural and other light even if switch is not on. The kitchen is beautifully arranged. There was a lot of food in it. We too tried to leave a lot of food when we left. Everything is beautifully appointed. Estela and her father were very kind people. Its an absolutely lovely area which we have been Familiar with from before. Trams, bus, shops, supermarkets are all nearby. There are churches and restaurants in walking distance. Yet its a quiet street only filled with university students as many of the buildings in the street belong to university. But the students are quiet most of the time. They add a nice young feel to the ambience. This is part of the historic palace district so there are fantastic buildings all around. We can't say enough about this lovely apartment which should be used by all.
This is a beautiful apartment and we will be back for long stays whenever we are in Budapest. It has high cielings, the view looks at historic buildings, the internal design is just fantastic with many small architectural touches with frosted glass windows towards the bathroom to get natural and other light even if switch is not on. We had an amazing stay here and wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic apartment with a comfortable bed, great internet, near to everything and friendly and easy-to-reach landlord. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would recommend to anyone staying in Budapest! :)

My partner and I stayed at Estela’s flat for 10 months and it was fantastic. The flat is perfectly located, within walking distance to the main attractions and city centre, and it also has brilliant transport links to the rest of the city. There are a variety of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby but the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat itself is very spacious, comfortable to live in and it has everything you need. One of the best things about our stay was having Estela as our landlady. She is very caring and responsive, and she went above and beyond every time we needed help with anything during our stay. We’ve absolutely loved our experience living there and would definitely recommend staying there!
