Peaceful but vibrant. Almost no traffic. Lots of nice bars, a ramen restaurant, a beautiful little square.

The studio is as presented on the photos; minimalist and appropriate for those who do not mind having just the essentials. Unfortunately, the portable washing machine wasn't working properly, so hopefully that gets sorted out for the future guests. Other than that, the studio has good internet and heating, making it suitable for remote work or study. The location is convenient and the neighbours are friendly, as is the host (Eszter) who you can contact in case of any questions/issues.

The apartment was nice and clean. It lived up to the pictures. I had some recurring issues with a curtain but the owner was very helpful in order to get it fixed.

Great location on a quiet street, just a 15-minute walk from the city center and nightlife—ideal for students. The only downside is that the room doesn’t get much sunlight, but overall, everything was fine. The landlord was always available, genuinely caring, and ensured everything was in order, which made the whole experience very positive.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Budapest. Located very close to one of the main spots of Budapest ( 8 min to Astoria by foot).
The overall connectivity was fantastic, due to the Tram and Metro stations nearby.
The apartment itself was surprisingly big and very quite. The kitchen was quite rudimentary, but everything worked well.
All in all was I really happy with the apartment and spending my Erasmus there.

Quite neighborhood with a lot of cafes. A lot of teenagers roam the streets and it is not touristy. It kinda fells like a suburb of Budapest, even though it is quite in the city center.

Most definitely the Lumen, which offers a tasty breakfast and a great tea selection. Moreover I really liked the Pesti Chutney, a great Indian place right on the street corner.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy studio in a fantastic neighborhood. The location was incredible!
The studio itself was cozy and had a nice vibe. The design was minimalist and it looked exactly as shown in pictures. However, it lacked a microwave and had a small washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient.

The neighborhood was beautiful and convenient. I stayed for one Erasmus semester where my university was 8 mins away on foot. There were amazing restaurants and cafes nearby and supermarkets were near as well.

I recommend Anton and Apricot for their pastries and coffees.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, it’s cozy and perfect for one person. The location is really amazing! I spent my Erasmus here and my university was a 5 minute walk away, but also the city center and supermarkets are all very close (you could walk to almost any place, but public transport works really well). The apartment had almost everything I needed, including sheets and blankets. Another plus is the apartment stays pretty warm without needing much heating. I really recommend!

The neighborhood doesn’t have too much traffic, it’s very walkable, it has supermarkets, takeaway places, bars and restaurants. Nearby there are bus stops, metro stops and tram stops.

I would recommend Lumen, Padron, both nearby bakeries (Apricot for the best coffee and Anton for the best croissants and pain au chocolat) and the kinai buffet for a quick takeaway dinner.

Good value for money, nice location, the flat looks precisely as described/shown in photos.

We rented this apartment for a month and had a very pleasant stay. Great location just a few minutes walk from public transportation and restaurants with great lunch deals. The apartment is well maintained and minimalistic. The only thing that could be better is the kitchenware. There was only one small cutting board, pots that are too small for most things and no bowls. Lastly we want to thank Eszter for the clear communication and fast response. We highly recommend this apartment to future tenants.

The Apartment is very sweet and Eszter is a very helpful host. I really recommend staying at her place.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to Covid. But Eszter and I were able to figure out the process together. She was helpful and pleasant throughout the whole experience.

Very nice place, ideal location and the owners are very nice people!

California coffee shop close by

Well, I really dont know where to begin. First when i steped front of the door i had to realise i have a "neighbor" who is actually a very noisy flatmeat!
The Apartman was very,very,very dirty (disgusting) My opinion is, If i stay somewhere more than a week or just more than few days (for me it was 1.5 month) i need a few cleaning equipment ( e.g. a mop, so i had to buy clean products and equipment too).
Everything in the room is very low quality (kitchen cupboard,stairs,table, chairs literally fall appart..)
The only one window have a certain, that is impossible to fix to someone doesnt look in...
and the wardrobe had a massive cigarette fetor. ( i had to buy 2 scent to make this smell endurable)
In the bathroom the water heater never made enough water to normally wash my hair ( shoulders length) when i having a shower, and never dreaming about shaving and hair wash in the same time.
In the kitchen never is hot....not even warm water to wash your dishes (that of course i also had to buy more..)
With an expensive price for this small room,i accepted something special. Only special thing was my fustration. And for this price the minimum is to be liveable .( I think minimalist doesnt mean Nothing.)

Location was perfect for me, a lot of Restaurants/shops close by. Quite, CLEAN and very central Building and neighborhood.
The host was very professional, cooperative and warmhearted. Definitely a recommend.
