Online szerződés az Ön nyelvén. Az alap, a bérlés helyének megfelelő nyelven írt bérleti szerződés, de a szerződést mindig lefordítjuk angolra és a leggyakrabban használt nyelvekre. A szerződés aláírása mindig online történik, tehát bárhonnan megkötheti a világon.
A lakás megbízható bemutatásának a garanciája. A Flatio-nál, biztos lehet abban, hogy a lakás pontosan úgy néz ki, ahogy a fotókon. The room is very large and very comfortable. The apartment is very well organized, which made my three-week stay very pleasant. Vaclav is very friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate, making all the arrangements very smooth. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with Vaclav, he made sure I was comfortable and the communication upon my arrival was great. I had everything I needed and he'd been very welcoming.
The room I stayed in had enough space and light, I was comfortable working remotely. Internet connection is good and I didn't hear any noises or other guests at all.
The kitchen is common but clean and well organized, I also had my own fridge to store anything.
It was the first time for me to share a flat and it was a great experience overall, will miss it!
